About Hotel de Griffier

Hotel de Griffier which has free WiFi in the public areas, is located just over 10 minutes' walk from the Valkenburg city centre with its shops, terraces and cultural attractions. It offers rooms with box-spring beds and TV. The hotel has a lounge with a fireplace and a dining room with space for 42 people, where they serve a breakfast buffet. At the front of the hotel, they have a terrace. Around the hotel, you will find a garden. There is also a charge point available for electric bikes. In front of the hotel is a bus stop and the train station is within 6 minutes walking distance from the hotel. Private parking for cars is available on site. Ein toller Aufenthalt!

Sehr freundlicher Empfang ohne lange Wartezeit. Das Hotel war sehr sauber. Besser als so manches 4 Sterne Hotel in dem wir schon waren. Das Frühstück war übersichtlich aber frisch und gut! Es gab kostenfreien Kaffee Tee und Kakao zu jeder Zeit.
Die Zimmer waren sehr klein. Aber für einen Kurztrip völlig ausreichend.

Je voelt je welkom als gast. En dat vertaalt zich in gastvrijheid, vriendelijkheid en service. Je mag een kopje koffie pakken als je daar zin in hebt. En dan ook nog lekkere koffie waarvoor de bonen per kopje vers gemalen worden. Heerlijk.
Er valt ons niets tegen. Misschien een tip voor bij het ontbijt; donkerbruin brood mis ik wel een beetje. Daarentegen zijn er wel heerlijke warme, knapperige verse witte pistolets. En het ontbijt is ruim voldoende. Je wordt echt verwend.

Het gevoel hebben dat je thuis bent, enthousiaste en gastvrije ontvangst. Na een dag werken in je hotel komen, gratis koffie en thee en verwend worden door de eigenaren. Wat wil een mens nog meer. We zijn heel benieuwd hoe al jullie mooie plannen gestalte gaan krijgen maar het is duidelijk dat je als gast de hoogste prioriteit hebt.

Heerlijk dat voor boeking geen creditcard nodig is. Het contact is vriendelijk en open. Het ontbijt wordt op een eigen manier geserveerd, deels als bediening, deels als buffet, met fruit. De kamer is heerlijk schoon. Je kunt vrij koffie en thee halen. Gratis parkeren.
De bedden zijn redelijk.

Gute Parkmöglichkeiten neben dem Haus; leckeres Frühstück; kostenlose Kaffee- und Teeprodukte jederzeit erhältlich; netter Kontakt
Zimmer sehr hellhörig, zeitweise Geräusche von der Heizung; Betten mit raschelnder Inkontinenzunterlage versehen; Toilettenspülung sehr schwach (Papierreste waren vorhanden!)

Gefallen hat uns:• Das Frühstück war nichts besonderes aber sehr lecker.• Die Zimmer waren sauber. • Sehr schöne Lage zur Burg Ruine.• Kostenloser Kaffe und Tee• Schnelles ein- und auschecken • Maastricht war sehr leicht zu erreichen (waren mit dem Auto) Im grossen und ganzen war es ein schöner Aufenthalt und für einen kurz Trip zu empfehlen.
Nicht so gut hat uns gefallen: • Die Zimmer sind sehr klein aber für einen kurzen Aufenthalt von 1-3 Tage sind die vollkommene ausreichend. • Es gab zwei Einzelbetten die aneinander gestellt wurden was kein Problem ist aber leider hatten die Betten rollen darunter, was dazu führte das die Betten wegrutschten wenn man ein bisschen auf die Seite des Partners wollte.

Frühstück war sehr reichhaltig und gut!!Personal außerordentlich freundlich.
Heizung:,Bei kälteren Temperarturen keine Heizung im Bad!!!! Sehr gewöhnungsbedürftig! Aber im Moment ging es noch wenn man die Tür zum Bad offen lässt.
