Hotel location is superb. Just a few minutes walk from Vondel Park and tram stop.
No AC no fan. It was not comfortable at all. Illumination in the room was very poor. Room facilities are not upto the standard (It was expected from European hotels) Its expensive considering the facilities offerred.

buena ubicación. Habitacion amplia. cambio de toallas diario.desayuno tipo bufet normal. personal amable y dispuestos a ayudarte.el hotel dispone de una terraza pequeña pero acogedora en la que puedes pasar un rato agradable.
el ascensor era bastante pequeño. el cuarto de baño era grande pero la limpieza del mismo era escasa.

Staff was helpful. I was able to buy tickets for all the popular sites plus excursions. Great location. Just had to take tram #1 from Central Station then 1/2 block walk. Walk to Riks and Vondel Park in 10 min. Good restaurants close by with reasonable prices

Friendly helpful staff, rooms cleaned to a good standard. Good value for money, used just for sleep so didn't experience the food but the tea and coffee was spot on.
We got back late one evening and enjoyed a beer in the court yard garden, within seconds of sitting down a member of staff told us to keep the noise down, very surprised as we had yet to speak!! All I can think is others In the garden were being loud prior to our arrival. No tea making facilities in the room.

Localização muito boa perto de tudo , dá para fazer varias coisas a pé e os recepcionistas são muito simpaticos. Na minha diária não estava incluso o café da manhã, tinha opção de pagar la , custava 9 euros por pessoa , mas pelas opções achei que não valesse a pena. Compramos lanchinhos no mercado que fica em frente o Albert.

Very good location, within 15-20mins walking distance of Anne Frank Museum, Heineken experience, main squares and 5-10mins to Vondelpark. Nice courtyard garden for a few drinks before going out.
No air conditioning or breakfast included, you'd expect it for paying almost €100 per night per person. The rooms were fine but not exactly eye-catching. Our room was facing the main street so quite noisy in the mornings.

Location was good,
Booking.com had not passed on reservation to hotel and they did not have a room for us. We had to wait for a room that was a treble room. Although we had an email and confirmation from booking.com hotel did not expect us. Which is not there fault but booking.com

Die Lage für eine Städterreise ist perfekt! Trotz der Hauptstr. haben wir ein ruhiges Zimmer gehabt. Das Frühstück war dem Preis angemessen, das Personal außerordentlich freundlich.
Leider war das Zimmer sehr mäßig, die Betten ein wenig zu weich, man konnte sich kaum umdrehen und es war ausgekühlt. Auf den ersten Blick sauber, der Dreck lag dann allerdings unter dem Bett! Das wirklich Unangenehme war der Schimmel im Bad, Leute, das geht gar nicht, das muss man doch sehen!!!!!! Der Schimmel zog sich in den Schlafraum bereits durch. Dass die Seife 2 Tage leer war und auch leer blieb war dann nur nebensächlich.

På booking beskrevs hotellet som nyrenoverat. Det stämmer inte. Ganska slitet överlag.

Fair location in edge of city - 45 mins walk to station tho!
Noisy - in my room I could hear a squeeking noise (like a hinge that needed oiling or motor that needed oiling) all night. Very difficult to sleep with window open.
