Located in the heart of Viareggio, this family-run hotel offers simply furnished rooms. It is less than 50 metres from the beach, a pinewood and the market's pedestrian area. Set in a 20th-century Art Nouveau building, the Garden features tranquil rooms with air conditioning, TV and an minibar. WiFi is free in the lobby. Soggiorno rapido ma perfetto

Albergo pulito con doccia comoda e un doccino con gli ugelli che funzionavano tutti. Materasso alto e non sformato, cuscini bassi e morbidi perfetti per me che dormo a pancia in giù. Non c'è la moquette ma piastrelle in tutta la staza e questa è un'ottima cosa.
Il bagno anche se funzionale non è tanto grande e la pressione dell'acqua non è altissima, ma funziona tutto senza problemi.

Posizione centrale dell'albergo, staff gentile.
Camera poco confortevole durante la notte a causa del rumore del frigobar e del climatizzatore. Lavandino del bagno otturato e portasapone sporco di cenere di sigaretta. Asciugamani consunti e bucati. Ambienti da ristrutturare.

Отель находится в самом центре города, рядом хвойный парк, набережная. В самом отеле все на уровне
шумный кондиционер и шум с улицы, ночью было довольно душно спать. Иногда кондиционер не работал

La posizione, la gentilezza dello staff.
Il wifi a pagamento,la colazione non è nulla di eccezionale...i cuscini vecchi e macchiati. La scomodità di scaricare e caricare i bagagli in quanto è impossibile trovare un posto fuori dall'albergo se non in seconda fila. L'ascensore lentissimo

Posizione ottima, a pochi metri dal mare. Nient'altro.
La struttura è vecchia e spartana per il prezzo proposto, ma fin qui nessun problema, visto che non siamo persone schizzinose. Però siamo stati messi in una stanza calda come un forno e con l'aria condizionata rotta. Dopo ripetute segnalazioni, ci hanno cambiato stanza, anch'essa con l'aria condizionata non funzionante. Quando è stato fatto presente il disagio, nessuna risposta, nemmeno delle scuse, tanto meno uno sconto. Visto il prezzo molto alto dell'hotel ci si aspettava molto di più.

Staff sempre molto disponibile, cordiale e presente per tutte le necessità. Ottima anche la colazione a buffet sempre fresca e molto ricca tra dolce e salato. Posizione ottima per raggiungere il mare e non troppo lontano per chi si muove con il treno.

Хорошее расположение. Не лучшее место для отдыха молодежи, одни пенсионеры и семьи.
Персонал отеля грубый, нервный и неприветливый, постоянно пытались накинуть лишние евро в счет. Не говорят на английском языке, только на итальянском. Отель в упадке, вода в умывальнике не уходила.

Good hotel but bad experience on credit card payment

General feeling was good until I had to pay and they did not accept credit card for parking....
Hotel owner asked me to pay the parking in cash and did not accept credit card payment. I was initially surprised but then I realized he did not want to give me any fiscal receipt for the parking in order to keep the money without paying taxes. When I asked for a fiscal receipt he just wrote something on a normal piece of paper pretending this was a fiscal receipt (fiscal receipt must have VAT number on it).
