The staff were all wonderful and so helpful and the location is great as its near enough to everything that you can walk, cycle or get the tram but in a quite street. Good value continental breakfast can be arranged and bikes can be hired from the hotel.
I'm a light sleeper and I found although the building is wonderfully old and has a lot of character sound does travel easily through the walls and doors, not that the hotel was particular noisy but you could hear in your room if someone was talking in the hallway or if someone had the tv on in the next room. The room was perfectly clean but could have done with a little TLC from maintenance.

Прекрасная возможность взять велосипед на сутки в отеле, дешевле, чем в городе и удобно сдавать. Плюс - минус час - не считали. От отеля на велосипеде везде близко. Больше никаким транспортом не пользовались. В отеле очень крутые лестницы- пожилым, полным и с детьми - не сюда. Спортивным, молодым и позитивным здесь будет комфортно) В целом - милый отель) очень атмосферно. Рекомендую.

location near quiet canals staff friendly and helpful
room supposed to be large double but was tiny.. no aircon but couldnt open windows because other guests were sittng outside below window smoking dope.. toilet did not flush so had to get repair carried out.. no toilet roll, room not clean bed and pillows very hard, no tea or coffee makers in room so had to go downstairs to kitchen for drinks.. room decor ok but very badly decorated,old wallpaper showing through new paper.. paint on wallpaper where skirting had been painted.. missed areas of paint below window frame.. toilet seat and basin tap loose.. toilet far too big for ensuit so had to sit sideways..

La posizione è il punto forza di questo hotel, lo staff era molto cordiale e le pulizie ed il cambio degli asciugamani era quotidiano.
La stanza come il bagno erano molto ristretti ma per una giovane coppia che passa l'intera giornata fuori va cmq benissimo. Il letto non era comodissimo.

Localização boa Quarto limpo, mas as áreas externas, como corredores e escadas, possuem carpetes bem sujos. Camas confortáveis, mas quarto apertado.
Quarto o 5º andar e não tem elevador. As escalas são muito estreitas. Também não há nenhuma pessoa para ajudar a carregar as malas, assim é bom para quem carrega pouca bagagem. Quarto não tinha cortina Paredes bem finas, assim é fácil ouvir uma conversa no quarto ao lado.

We were on the top floor which is the fifth and there wasn't a lift but we had to make do and it was a good work out every day.

Room was small, just about wide enough for a double bed, and bathroom very small. But it was fine for our purposes, basically to sleep in.

In de ochtend kwamen de schoonmakers binnen terwijl ik een bordje had opgehangen met *niet storen*. Dit was best vervelend omdat we nog aan 't slapen waren en hierdoor wakker werden.

The coffee machine was awesome. The staff were extremely friendly. And the large windows in the rooms were ideal for a night breeze. Room had a fan.... Tv had USB for charging phone...... Awsome hotel over all for 3 nights... Perfect! Also.... The shower was incredible!
I didn't like the breakfast.... For €7 I would expect more.... Or at least for free! (Inc in price) which it is not!
