Hotel plus que parfait de par sa situation, son confort, et amabilité du personnel

petit déjeuner parfait, il ne manque rien
Seul bémol, la WIFI payante 19 E pour la semaine par personnes, donc pour nous avec 4 petit-enfants, budget 76E. Vous me direz peut-être pas utile, mais nécessaire.

El buffet de desayuno es variado y gustoso. La ubicación es tranquila y Puerto del Carmen queda en una zona central de la isla con fácil acceso al norte y sur de la isla.
Como hotel de 4 estrellas es un poco justo... La Wi-Fi gratuita solo esta disponible en el hall del hotel y es poco comprensible que en el año 2016 se tenga que pagar entre 3 y 5 euros al día por Wi-Fi en la habitación en un hotel de esta categoría.

Excellent Location, Very Clean but where are the double beds?

The locations was good as we love walking and constantly walked into the centre.
I intensely detest single beds! Do spanish people not like sleeping together and no two single beds dressed and pushed together is not a double bed!The staff could have been more pleasant.

Partközeli, barátságos, nagyon rendezett hotel. Kitűnő ellátás, bőséges választék. Az étteremben figyelmes, tökéletes kiszolgálás, ezúton is köszönet érte. Csupa ++++++. Szép, tiszta medence, klassz szauna. Könnyű parkolás. Gördülékeny ki és bejelentkezés. Bárkinek szívből ajánlanám a hotelt.
Vacsoránál nem volt itallap, így sem az árak, sem a választék nem volt átlátható. Ezt leszámítva, minden tökéletes volt.

Le confort de la chambre avec la grande terrasse. Pas de bruit extérieur. Le buffet. La piscine. Le parking au pied de l'hotel.
Les transats autour de la piscine sont inconfortable car trop détendus.

Расположение отеля - очень удобно на краю двух туристических центров с ресторанами, магазинами, прокатными конторами и т.д. - все рядом и нет суеты и толп народа. Но ТОЛЬКО для тех, кто хочет "все включено". Качество уборки на высоком уровне.
Оценка 8.2 - сложилось впечатление, что это уровень жлобства/жадности отеля. Wi-Fi только за деньги (они наверно думают что это премиальная услуга) Прием гостей - если вы не говорите по немецки, значит не надо вам вообще ничего рассказывать - что включено полупансион, что нет, где взять пляжные полотенца и т.д. Если вам что-то надо спрашивайте сами, иначе ничего не расскажут. Кстати напитки за ужином за деньги, причем нигде нет ценника и вы заказываете наугад (бокал разливного вина как выяснилось позже предлагают за 1.80 Евро - дешевле в Spar купить более качественное вино). Зато сразу видно тех, кто первый день в отеле - по их удивлению, когда им приносят не только напиток но и счет))). Даже весы для багажа на ресепшн за деньги - 1 Евро. Да и еще - если вы русский значит вы варвар по мнению персонала (кроме уборщиц в основном немецкого). Толерантность не распространяется на русских. Окончательно добило письмо с просьбой оценить отель - оно было на НЕМЕЦКОМ!!! а почему не на японском?

A hotel nagyon szepen karbantartott rendezett. A komplexum csodas mediterran hangulatu a rengeteg novennyel. Medence remek es jol felszerelt napagyakkal. A reggeli es a vacsora pelda erteku izletes boseges valasztekos svedasztalos rendszerben! Soha nem tapasztaltunk olyat hogy valami kifogyott volna. A szemelyzet kedves segitokesz. A tisztasag is peldas a szobakban az etteremben barban es a medence korul. Az arany homokos tengerpart 5 perc setara uzletek ettermek vegig a parton amig a szem el lat. Nagyon kellemes csalodas az arak mindenhol megfizetheto italok etelek. A koktelok rengetege es valtozatossaga!! Ezt ne hagyja ki senki. Just lovely staff people, lovely apartment, lovely location, would recommend!! Wonderful views of the pool area and sea especially at sunset. Lovely location near the sea, with great walks along the sea either to the town with lots of bars and restaurants. It was quiet and peaceful as there were few occupants at that time of year. Let's have a nice holiday!

bien en general, exceptuando lo del idioma del personal.
el horario del buffet de 13 a 15 para comer y de 19 a 21 para la cena....la piscina es de agua salada. Gran parte del personal del hotel no hablaba si quiera el castellano....muy triste.
