Good accomodation, good value for money, exellent staff.

Reception staff were excellent. Restaurant and lounge staff extremely good too. We enjoyed the brakfast variety and quantity
Not the fault of the hotel but parking is very difficult in the area. Next time we shall leave the car at home.

buitengewoon vriendelijk personeel, zeer sfeervol ingerichte lounge/restaurant. standaard ontbijtbuffet in samenstelling, maar wel van geweldige kwaliteit!
de vaste bedden in de kamer waren uitstekend, de bijzetbedden ( familiekamer)vielen wat tegen.

Ruime schone kamer. Goed ontbijt.
Bedden waren doorgezakt. Waren aan het verbouwen onder onze kamer, vroeg geluidsoverlast dus. Geen afzuiging in badkamer, waardoor alles onder stoom stond nadat de eerste zich gedoucht had.

Tout l'emplacement qui est à deux pas de la gare très bonne alternative pour visiter Amsterdam qui est 15mn en train tous les 1/4 d'heures quartier propre hyperproche du centre historique Chambre propre tout confort personnel super gentil petit-déjeuner correct

nettes Personal, geschmackvoller Frühstücksraum/Bar
ZImmer mit Queensbett gebucht, DZ bekommen..Aussage war geht nach Verfügbarkeit... Haben dann doch noch ein Zimmer mit Queensbett bekommen. Warmwasser im Bad lief sehr schwach und es dauerte 5-7 Minutenbis es warm, aber auch nur warm wurde....von HEISS ...weit entfernt. Desweiteren roch das Zimmer sehr stark nach Parfum oder Raumduft....es erklärte sich nachher warum...aus den Ausgüssen im Bad roch es sehr stark.... Das "überdecken" mit Raumduft lässt den Schluss zu, dass das Problem bekannt ist ...und doch toleriert wird... Wir haben dies auch bei der Abreise bemängelt...ob es was genützt hat... Wir weden dieses Hotel definitiv kein 2tes mal buchen.

Prima bedden, badkamer goed en schoon , een heerlijk ontbijt, personeel vriendelijk , lokatie prima tov OV en goed te lopen naar het centrum
1e overnachtings nacht kapotte verwarming, werd opgelost met een extra deken (2e dag gerepareerd ), geen afzuiging in onze badkamer waardoor de badkamer en zelfs de kamer zelf ook vochtig werd , geen koelkastje, ondanks een rookverbod in onze kamer, was er overduidelijk toch gerookt en mede door het brandgat in de stoel goed te zien....maar we hebben een prima verblijf hier gehad

Prima verblijf voor een paar dagen Haarlem. Schone kamers, goed personeel en een super ligging.

Ligging uitstekend ten opzichte van centrum. Prima ontbijt en enthousiaste medewerkers. Kamers lekker schoon. Ontbijtruimte ontzettend leuk en eigentijds ingericht. ('VT wonen' is hier geweest, zei mijn dochter!!)
Ligging bij station betekent ook parkeren in de stationsgarage. Met het uurtarief dat daar wordt berekend (geen dagtarief) wordt parkeren wel een beetje duur. En de kussens waren te dik, wat kleinere kussens was prettig geweest. Verder niets dan lof!

The room was very big. The fact that the staff recognisizes its troubles related to the CLEANLINESS and reduces my room price.
For me the CLEANLINESS is very important but the room was not totally clean when they gave me it: I found an used sanitary napkin in the WC, the basket partially full and maybe some towels were not clean.

Bar staff very helpful. Ideally situated for both Bus and train station. Great choice of breakfast things.
Length of time it took to get our room cleaned,2nd day it was not cleaned till 15:00hrs.
