The lift!! And air conditioning. We had a small double room which was big enough to be comfortable for us. Felt fresh and clean and breakfast was lovely too x also a bonus was the kettle and coffee and teas that were topped up daily

We only spent the one night here but the location was perfect, 6 minute walk from central station, hotel was the nicest I've stayed in in Amsterdam and this was my 3rd trip over and it was also the best value for money. The room was spacious enough, the bed vas very comfortable, shower was nice and hot.

The breakfast was the best we had all over Europe. Coffee was machine coffee but the machine made excellent coffee. The beds were excellent. The hotel is located very close to the train station, an easy walk of less than ten minutes. It was very clean, has a 24 hour reception and bar that does not detract from the accommodation upstairs. There is a lift which was a relief in the narrow steep building. The bathroom is spacious, the shower excellent. We were on the first floor on the back alley so a little noise from that but nothing earplugs didn't fix. Altogether a very comfortable hotel, conveniently located to most attractions. We walked to the Anne Frank House in one direction and the Amsterdam Hermitage in the other. We arrived early and there was no problem storing our luggage until checkin and was pleasantly surprised to find it already in our room when we returned. I was travelling with my adult daughter. We would certainly have no hesitation in looking no further than this hotel next time we are in Amsterdam.

First of all, the location of the hotel is its number 1 selling point. Another good thing is that, we found the space on pur double sized room adequate. The bed is comfortable, the toilet/wash room is also clean. Room service is being carried out at least once a day, and yoi can request the cleaning lady for any towels/tissues, etc. Lots of restaurants near the hotel. Majority of the tourist sites are also within the vicinity. The staff were friendly and very proficient in the English language.
