Very very nice and helpful staff of this hotel, we felt warm welcome all the time, free private parking, good breakfast, nice balony with great lake view, clean and spacious room, the water temperature of the indoor swimming pool was comfortable warm but not hot, we enjoyed it very much. Thank you everything here and for sure will come back again.

Stanza rumorosa e senza scuri, impossibile dormire, è stata data preferenza ad altri clienti

Prima di partire Avevamo chiesto una camera silenziosa e con degli scuri, ci è stata data una camera vicino a un generatore centrale dell albergo che faceva un forte rumore tutta notte, senza scuri le tende della finestra facevano passare la luce nelle prime ore del mattino, quindi non si poteva dormire né di notte né di mattina. C erano altre stanze oltre la 320, la 316 e la 318, ma un signore della Reception ci ha voluto dare quella più rumorosa e dare priorità a una cliente che protestava

Hotel bello ed elegante, camere con bagni spaziosi, personale molto cordiale, ci siamo goduti la piscina (anche se non grandissima) con palestra. Ottima anche la posizione della struttura. Siamo stati bene... e ci siamo rilassati!!!

La disponibilità e l'accoglienza del personale. Pulizia e ordine nelle stanze. Gradita la vista lago, accontentando una mia richiesta.
Forse il kit del bagno poteva essere più ricco (es. manca il bagnoschiuma per la doccia)
