About Hotel Mitland

With its waterfront location, this hotel offers views of the old De Bilt fortress. Use of the spa facilities, fitness area and swimming pool is free of charge. All modern rooms have air conditioning and private bathrooms with a shower or bath. Most rooms have a balcony. There is a bowling centre, complete with a Music-Thrill-Vision System. Guests can enjoy and relax at one of the several terraces or the surrounding park. The sauna, Turkish bath and recently renovated swimming pool offer a relaxing break during the day. The characteristic à la carte Vlonders restaurant serves dinner on the waterfront. A snack or a drink can be enjoyed at the Brasserie. Hotel Mitland is just over a 5-minute walk to the bus station, from where guests can reach the city centre of Utrecht within 10 minutes by bus. Frühstück ist Holland- typisch, für 16€ ok. Bett sehr bequem, Zimmergrösse für das Superior DZ ok.
Bowling am Sonntag Abend für eine Std. 27,50 etwas teuer, dazu Getränke und schon sind 50€ für zwei Personen weg.

Le service est de qualité, le personnel agréable. Le buffet du petit déjeuné est copieux. Le cadre de l'hôtel est magnifique.

Zona tranquila, parada de autobús a unos 10 minutos caminando, buena calefacción. Hotel muy bien comunicado si vas en coche.
El mobiliario del cuarto de baño demasiado simple, ni una sola estantería. A pesar de tener libres habitaciones con balcón, no las dan con este tipo de reserva.

De ligging is vlak naast een druk verkeerspunt. Voor een kamer aan de andere kant moet je bijbetalen. Voor verschillende dingen moet je extra bijbetalen, lijkt wel alsof ze overal op moeten besparen of willen verdienen. Ontbijt tot 10.00 u wordt zeer letterlijk genomen, vanaf dat moment wordt je door personeel de ruimte uit gekeken.

Ontbijtbuffer is zeer royaal. Zeker een aanrader om bij te bestellen. Zwembad en welness (sauna en stoombad) is zeker aan te raden. Kamer zijn ruim en netjes. Matras is zeer comfortabel. Onze kamer had een balkon met zicht op de vijver en het groen. Bovendien oostelijk georiënteerd dus zonsopgang! Personeel is vriendelijk.
Ligging: op zo'n 25 minuten voetafstand van het stadscentrum (maar dat weet men op voorhand).

i love the hotel mitland. breakfast is fantastic, even coffee, fresh fruit juice and prosecco. Mountains of lovely food to choose from. the rooms are spacious and comfortable. mini fridge and tea and coffe facilities as well as a great room service facility. pool, steam room and sauna great to relax in after a days sight seeing or to refresh after a night visiting Utrechts great bars and restaurants.
wish we had stayed longer instead of going to the best western in Leiden for the remainder of our trip that gave faulty towers a run for its money. the only bad point was that there was no Yorkshire tea but having stayed before I bought my own. You cant blame the Dutch for not being completely civilized when it come to a proper cup of tea.

Awesome place to stay

One of the most gorgeous hotels The landscape outside is awesome Right next to lake. Few minutes walking distance to bus stand. Step out and you have a huge park to run Staff is great. Breakfast spread is awesome Is on the expensive side, but if you manage to book in advance, its a great deal Small gym, but its better than nothing
Never liked dinner. Tried twice, but always got bad results. This time got pink chicken
