The location is very far out of amsterdam and you will need to spend 20-25 mins on the tram to travel into the city centre. There are trams stops directly outside the hotel but be careful when going back to the hotel after midnight, as there are no more trams so you will need to get the night bus and there is only one coming every hour. Some of the staff are nice, others are quite rude and don't seem too willing to help you with your enquiries. The toilet was not clean we arrived and there was a bad smell coming from the bathroom but this was cleaned once we brought it to their attention.

We got charged additional charges at the end without being aware. It was untidy. Bed bugs in the beds! The staff could be rude at times. Overall disappointed with our stay, the pictures online we're also very deceptive. The breakfast selection was also dyer. Wifi doesn't work actually in the hotel room you book (they specify free wifi in every room)

Absolutely over priced, disgusting, bed bugs were found and even caught to be brought down to the front desk. The man that took it promised to talk to the manager and give us a call when he had talked to him. We went back to talk to the manager a few hours later and found out that the receptionist never talked to the manager at all. Rooms are small and 99% empty. Beds were incredibly uncomfortable. The bathroom looked somewhat remodeled and was probably the nicest part of the hotel. People were outside at 4am playing music and being loud, to which nothing was done about. Would not recommend, and would not stay again.

The fact we had to travel down to the hotel lobby to smoke cigarettes when there was a balcony next to our room (we asked numerous times could we use it because there was lots of cigarette butts out on the ground and they refused) The beds had bedbugs.

Stanza tripla piccolissima con pavimento dissestato e muri scrostati. Per raggiungerla si percorre un lungo e stretto corridoio rivestito di moquette sporca e con il contro soffitto rotto. Inoltre recensito come un albergo tre stelle, mentre ne ha solo due e sono già tante. E le foto, sia su booking, su tripadvisor e su Facebook sono ingannevoli. La Wi-Fi forse a causa della lontananza dalla reception non prendeva. Negativo totale

Purtroppo non è proprio pulitissimo, la moquette è allucinante talmente è sporca, cercavo di non guardarla perché mi veniva male. La stanza dove ci hanno custodito i bagagli al momento del check out era sporca lurida, x terra c'era di tutto, una cosa assurda!!!! Ma non puliscono?! A quanto pare no.

190 euro für 3 person eine nacht ist ja schon nicht billig als wir das zimmer betratten waren wir schockiert war sehr dreckig alles und kaputtund hat gestunken. wir haben die klimaanlage angemacht und sind uns amsterdam anschauen gegangen als wir wieder kammen war es noch immer warm man konnte kein fenster öffnen also sind wir zur rezeption gegangen um nach zu fragen die bestätigten uns dass sie nur eine heizung hätten und die nicht funktioniert und man die fenstern nicht öffnen könnte aus sicherheitsgründen wir haben uns aifgeregt dass das hotwl zu teuer wär für das was man bekommt als wir wider hoch gingen haben wir mit leuten geredet die ein ventilator im zimmer hatten. wir gingen wieder runter und mit ach und krach bekamen wir dan auch ein kleinen ventilator

Das Zimmer roch muffelig. Es gab keine Toilettenbürste. Der Teppich auf dem Korridor stank vor Dreck!!! die Decke auf dem Korridor war aufgerissen.

Noisy inside and outside. Everything shabby or broken. Room was tiny and musty.
