Nice place in a nice area!

Staff were lovely and helpful! Especially the guy who was there in the mornings, beds were fine and comfy, location was great, overall we were more than happy!

Small issue with someone's hair being in our clean towels and the heater in the room that would stop working within 5 mins of turning it on, but it wasn't really a huge issue for us although the heating/air con system could probably do with updating

Value for money location. Does the job dependant on what your expectations/standards are.

Bed was excellent and the location perfect. it is literally 10 minutes stroll to the red light district and directly outside a tram stop. There were super little coffee shops on the way in and numerous lovely pubs if you wanted food or beer. Shower was nice too.

The room was cold and the air con/heater didn't work.

Very clean, the bed was comfortable, instant hot water, helpful staff. There was a tram line conveniently located in front of the hotel.

Could use sound proofing. You can hear doors closing,footsteps and water flowing too easily.

Hay buena conexión wifi y una tele moderna en comparación con el hotel.

Las habitaciones extremadamente pequeñas, antiguas y algunas hasta sin armario o una lámpara con interruptor. Para entrar al cuarto de baño, se debe entrar de lado y no había espacio para ni siquiera inclinarte y lavarte la cara. Muchas imperfecciones para un "hotel de 3 estrellas" (escalón del baño roto, secador que no funciona, bañera atascada, no hay teléfono en la habitación...)No os guiéis por las fotos.

Buon rapporto qualitá/prezzo

Prima di partire ho controllato le recensioni e quasi tutte descrivevano l'albergo come carente. Tuttavia il mio soggiorno è stato ottimo,sopratutto per il rapporto qualitá/prezzo. Naturalmente per quanto ho speso non potevo aspettarmi di piú! Camera all'ultimo piano con finestrone sopra al letto, bellissima! Centro molto vicino e facile da raggiungere con le linee del tram 9 e 14. Per noleggiare le bici chiedete alla reception e faranno un buon prezzo. Stessa cosa per le attrazioni della città.

-Ascensore che non funziona molto bene, ma accomodato dopo pochi giorni. -bagno un po piccolo, ma sopportabile -alcuni problemi con la carta di credito, dato che hanno prelevato 95€ e ritornavano sulla carta dopo 15 giorni, quindi non erano disponibili durante la permanenza

Awful satff and room

Room was in underground (-1) (without enoughlight )the room was very cold especialy at night Instrument for heating the room ( chilar ????)dosen't work We asked to talk with manneger for problem he refused to talk with us ???? There wasn't telphone at room we have to go to upstair many time for solve heat of the room but no result Me and my aister catch cold Staff wasn't poliate

La ubicación.

Todo lo demás. Deben tomar precauciones en el trato del propietario con los clientes, considero que no corresponde cobrar por adelantado las 2 noches que reservé, es la primera vez que me ocurre esto con Booking, se me indicó que es política del establecimiento y que Booking estaba al tanto; además no me emitieron un recibo por el pago y recién a las horas se me entrega una hoja membretada del Hotel sin constancia del registro fiscal de cobro de la tasa que se me cobró (13.50 Eur.) a parte de los 270 Eur. pactados. El ascensor se rompía sistemáticamente mañana, tarde y noche, no habiendo forma de comunicarnos con la recepción, salvo yendo escaleras abajo.

Für das Geld enttäuschend.

Gute Lage mit S-Bahn Haltestelle direkt vor der Tür und Cafés direkt um die Ecke. Freundlicher Service, der gerne weiterhilft.

Die Wände waren verschmiert, das Bad war lächerlich klein und schlecht ausgestattet (nicht einmal ein Klorollenhalter, weiße Supermarkt-Plastikbecher etc.), die Möbel schäbig.

Lieber weiter suchen

Das Treppenhaus war winzig, man hat mit dem Koffer kaum durchgepasst. Auf den Fahrstuhl wollte man nicht umsteigen da dieser nur durch Glück noch du funktioniert. Die Zimmer sind kleiner als klein und im Bad kann man sich kaum umdrehen.
