About Hotel Playa Esperanza

Located next to Platja de Muro Beach, Playa Esperanza offers impressive sea views. Set in 60, 000 m² of gardens, it features 4 swimming pools, a spa and rooms with balconies. Todo el equipo de desayunos fue encantador, nos trataban genial cada mañana el bufet buenísimo, lo mismo en el luna restaurant en la piscina, todo el personal encantador.

- Safe im eigenen Hotelzimmer muss separat und pro Tag bezahlt werden. - Liegestühle am Strand müssen separat bezahlt werden - Öffnungszeiten des Wellnessbereichs wurden während unseres Aufenthaltes grundlos verkürzt (trotz des schlechten Wetters) - Badekappe im Wellnessbereich obligatorisch - Wellnessbereich veraltet, nicht gemütlich und entspannend, sehr klein, nur zwei Saunas - Das Nachtessen kann man nur entweder von 18-19.30h oder von 20-21.30h einnehmen (muss im Voraus mitgeteilt werden)

the restaurant was overcrowded and the staff had forced us to eat fast to leave the table for next people, salads were similar one to another and there were to many things mixed. During the dinner you have to buy anything to drink, even water. The tennis court was standing empty and there was nobody to organise tennis meetings for single players. Bicycle rent was double more expensive than others (opposite side of the street). The restaurant staff was to loudly at the morning waking us up

Nice hotel and lovely beach...

The hotel is renovated and modern. The staff is very nice and warm and the location is just perfect with several accesses to the beach.
I don't know if it's this hotel or the destination of Majorca... But too many groups of turists... It seems one of those packed destinations. We didn't like very much the food (a lot of choice but not really tasty) and from the 5 dinners we had, we've only stayed the first two nights at the restaurant. Also it would be nice to have chairs at the beach. But it seems to be practice to not offer this service.

Местоположение, большая ухоженная территория, разнообразное и обильное меню, прекрасно обученный персонал.
Сделать в номерах бесплатные чайные уголки с чайником и набором пакетиков с чаем, кофе, сливками и сахаром. Конструкция дверей шкафов в номерах неестественна (плохо продумана). Лучше бы сделать сдвижные двери на полозьях. Установить нормальные зонтики с бОльшей поверхностью или/и сделать два три длинных навеса на территории. Приходится в течение дня неоднократно переставлять лежаки для укрытия в тени. Учитывая характерные для побережья сильные ветры с моря возможно использовать опыт немецких и голландских пляжей, установив специальные укрытия от ветра. Мой номер был на втором этаже с видом на апартотель. С семи утра мешали досыпАть громкие разговоры обслуги в служебных помещениях и непонятные свистки (сигналы оборудования?). Неплохо было бы установить режим относительной тишины хотя бы до 8-00.

+ ubicacion! Junto a la magnifica playa de muro + Desayuno! Aunque podria terminar Un poco mas tarde por lo menos Los fines de semana y no a las 10:30. En vacaciones quieres disfrutar el sueño. +Cena y profitroles! Ademas tiene 2 turnos a las 18:30 y a las 20:30. +como son 4 edificios en un complejo tiene un territorio enorme con cesped, 3 piscinas y muchas hamacas. Siempre encuentras el sitio!
El receptionista del SPA de la tarde despues de las 19:00 muy desagradable, antipatico, parece estar cansado de trabajar y no es el sitio adequado con este portamento...

Beatifull beach with white sand and warm water. Very good dinner with different themes and a lot of diversity (half board included) - loved the coq au vin. Very professional and warming staff.
Old fashion rooms in a need for refurbishing. Free wifi should be more stable and faster.

La propreté de l'hôtel, le service irréprochable. Les chambres avec une bonne litrerie et enfin les buffets au restaurant.
