About Hotel Port

Hotel Port is a modern hotel situated a 10-minute drive from the city centre of Rotterdam. The luxurious hotel rooms offer a lot of comfort and have a work desk. All rooms have a private bathroom and a TV with international satellite channels. Drinks and snacks are available at the reception. The hotel only offers halal products. From Port Hotel, the nearest metro station is a 5-minute walk away, while the nearest tram stop is 7 minutes by foot. The Euromast is a 10-minute walk and offers a wonderful view of the city.

Guests are kindly requested to note that when booking 4 rooms or more it is not possible to cancel the reservation. Please note that when booking 7 nights or more it is not possible to cancel the reservation. Please note that parking is possible within a radius of 150 metres from the hotel. This is free from Monday until Saturday between 18:00 and 9:00 hours, on Sundays and holidays. Rooms on ground floor are wheelchair accessible and specially modified for less mobile guests. You can request these rooms by using the Special Request Box. Guests can rent a baby carriage at an extra charge of 10 EUR per day. Please note that children under the age of 12 are charged EUR 7.50 for breakfast.

Very good place for excellent price and service

Excellent quality-price relation. I've stayed three times already and have found all the comfort I need for a great price every time. Rooms are clean and comfortable with unlimited wifi access. Has a cute garden and breakfasts are good as well. Staff is very helpful. Definitely my favorite place to stay every time I come to Rotterdam

Hotel Port is a friendly place, smallish but comfortable. Very clean; nice comfy beds. A lovely garden to sit in (it was sunny and hot!)and very friendly and helpful staff. Just up the road from the metro station (5mins) and in a nice residential / music academy neighborhood. 5 mins away from 24/7 secure parking at the local shopping centre, 16 euros/24 hrs. Location - good, a little ways out to the west but walkable to centre in about 45 mins, 15 mins by tram, same or less by metro.
No bar, although a very nice one around the corner run by an ethiopian lady - friendly and hospitable. No real parking - a few spaces outside but pay and display, expensive. Secure cheaper parking 5 mins walk away at the shopping centre.

Frokosten var helt fin. Koselig liten hage til gjestene. Det var rent og pent over alt ! For oss var beliggenheten perfekt, men ikke helt i sentrum for dem som vil oppholde seg der. Men kort vei til trikk (nr.8) som ville ta oss dit på et øyeblikk.
At vi fikk inntrykk av at det var vannkoker på rommet, noe det IKKE var

Erg vriendelijk personeel. Kamer was simpel, maar schoon. Geen airco dus in de zomer warm. Ik zou fit hotel zeker weer boeken.
Jammer van de fruitvliegjes bij het ontbijt. Misschien alle bakjes afdekken? Ontbijt verder was uitstekend en ruime keuzes

En marchant un peu, bonne situation pour découvrir la ville et les ports. Hôtel un peu à l'écart du centre donc calme - un petit jardin à l'arrière. Personnel à l'écoute et disponible. Petit déjeuner copieux et varié.
Période caniculaire et absence de clim ou de ventilateur dans les chambres - d'où la bienvenue du jardin !

Agréable séjour

Tout est agréable, le confort, la propreté, le parking (gratuit) et surtout le petit déjeuner (bouffe Halal), un très bon rapport qualité/prix.
Le réceptionniste a voulu augmenté le prix de la réservation de 60 euros à 86 euros par nuitée sous prétexte qu'il y avait une erreur au niveau de Booking, chose que j'ai fermement refusé puisque je n'ai eu aucune communication de Booking dans ce sens. Au final j'ai payé 60 euros/nuitée + taxe de séjour, le réceptionniste s'est montré compréhensif.
