Bei unserer Ankunft sind wir sehr Freundlich empfangen worden, alle unsere Fragen wurden beantwortet. Das Frühstück war wirklich sehr gut und reichhaltig.
Die Teppichböden auf den einzelnen Stockwerken haben nicht meinem Geruch entsprochen!

Für einen Kurzbesuch in Venlo die richtige Adresse. Wir würden wieder hinfahren.

Frühstück sehr gut, bewachter Parkplatz,allerdings kostenpflichtig, aber ok.Freundliches Personal. Sehr zentrale Lage direkt im Einkaufszentrum.
Zimmer könnten etwas größer sein , kaum Platz zum drehen und wenden. keine deutschen Fernsehprogramme nur alles Niederländisch.

Cold room for one night including fire alarm

Small room. Cold at night (middle of October). No sufficient heating (with a baby in the room!). Fire alarm at midnight. Shower in the bathroom didn't work properly and was calcified.

Prima voor 1 nacht in Venlo centre

De locatie is prima, midden centrum aan winkelstraat en rustig plein. Bedden voldoende/goed en kamer goed gereinigd.
Sanitaire verouderd op de kamer, bevat kleine douchekast en toiletkast. Geen afzuiging in de Brasserie-cuisine waardoor walm door hele brasserie. Personeel doet zijn best maar te weinig talrijk.

We hebben goed geslapen en genoten.

Het ontbijt was heel goed verzorgd. Alles was netjes en schoon. En heel erg vriendelijk personeel. We voelden ons echt gasten.
Parkeer gelegenheid. 15 euro per dag. De kamer was eenvoudig maar dat hadden we ook verwacht gezien de locatie en de prijs.

Keine drei Sterne!!!

Sehr zentral gelegen. Frühstück sehr umfangreich; alles vorhanden; wirklich lecker.
Das kleine Doppelzimmer für 2 Nächte für 142 € gebucht jedoch vor Ort 180 € zahlen müssen. Es mussten noch Steuern in Höhe von 8 € sowie Parplatz in Höhe von 30 €(!!!) gezahlt werden. Für ein Zimmer in welchem man nicht mal aneinander vorbeigehen kann. Der Hausflur vor dem Zimmer hat sehr unangenehm gerochen. Keine deutschen Sender. Ärger mit Zimmernachbarn wegen Lautstärke da sehr hellhörig. Wir waren schon in mehreren 3Sterne Hotels jedoch kommt dieses nicht mal ansatzweise an ein 3 Sterne Hotel heran. Parkplatz nur mit Personal zu betreten, so dass man immer jemanden bitten musste um zum Fahrzeug gehen zu können. Dieses Hotel werden wir nicht noch einmal buchen.

WiFi was really poor - kept dropping out all the time - cost me two ranks in Hearthstone. Food Service was really really slow. Food was nice but took ages to arrive. Also they mucked up my salad order. They should also have had a few bikes to rent.
