Family run. Great family. Very helpful. This is the best deal in Florence.... easy walk to all monuments and train station. Very safe. Very large rooms. We liked it so much we returned for one night on our return.

le service de nettoyage nickel - draps propres gens très serviables - la situation de l'hôtel en centre ville est très appréciable - petit déjeuner copieux - le plus plus les propriétaires sont vraiment sympathiques !!!! les monuments, la ville sont magiques
fuite à la cabine de douche - cabine de douche petite et très glissante - restaurant de l'hôtel fermé au mois d'août - à savoir que l'hôtel et le parking sont à payer le jour de l'arrivée

Beautiful set up, very apartment-like. We loved that the beds were in an upstairs area away from the toilet. Concierges were incredibly friendly and helpful. They gave us maps and recommendations right away. Location is great, was just a short walk from the train station.
Maybe more signs outside. It's a bit tucked away and took a bit more effort to locate.

La situation est idéale, à 5mns du centre historique, c'est très calme et spacieux lorsque l'on a des enfants. Le patio est génial, le parking est surveillé et la famille propriétaire est adorable.
Au mois d'août (vacances en Italie) le restaurant de l'hôtel est fermé : bien dommage nous aurions bien voulu y manger.

La posizione è ottima: 5 minuti per raggiungere il David, 5 minuti per il duomo, e con una passeggiata di 45 minuti si arriva anche a piazzale Michelangelo. Il personale è molto cortese
La colazione viene fatta tramite dei buoni pasto da presentare al bar di fianco, perciò non ci si serve a buffet ma bisogna chiedere e la scelta è limitata ed il locale decisamente minuscolo. Inoltre occorre munirsi di saponi, shampoo e doccia schiuma perché vengono forniti in quantità minima
