Wir sind früher als die angegebene Zeit angereist und konnten ohne Probleme schon vor offizieller Anreisezeit unser Zimmer beziehen. Die Lage war perfekt, 2 Minuten bis zum Parkhaus und innerhalb weniger Minuten konnte man die Outlets erreichen. Die Innenstadt lag außerdem direkt vor der Tür.

Tolles Hotel, sehr freundliches Personal, moderne, saubere Zimmer mit einem sehr guten Bett. Das Frühstück hatte alles zu bieten, was man am Morgen benötigt. Vier gute Restaurants im Haus.
Leider sind keine Kleenex-Tücher vorhanden.

A guy above me was running a marathon, which was very annoying with the wooden floors. Wanted to go to restaurant (part of the same) and the waitress said the night was very busy and no place for me. When i said the hotel indicated there was no need to book a table i could just walk in she would let me take a seat. after an hour still not 75% of the restaurant was full. very unwelcoming.

De informatie over de parkeer gelegenheid is niet juist, Openbaar parkeren is niet gratis en over "parkeergarage Stationspark (Maria Theresialaan 12, Roermond) is openbare parkeergelegenheid beschikbaar. De parkeerkaart wordt bij het inchecken gescand bij het hotel, zodat u gratis kunt parkeren." Vlgs het hotel was dat niet zo.

Het was mogelijk dat ik voor 15.00u al kon inchecken. Dat vond ik erg fijn. Het ontbijt was simpel, maar ruim voldoende en goed. Leuk dat je in een reguliere horecazaak ontbijt.

Zwakke wifi, smal bed/terwijl 2x1persoonsbed geboekt, bij ons toevallig veel lawaai op de gang, maar dit komt eerder door gebrek aan respect van andere logies.

Das Frühstück war reichhaltig und gut! Die Lage war auch sehr gut. Man konnte alles schnell zu Fuß oder mit dem Pkw erreichen
Das Zimmer war zwar neuwertig ausgestattet, allerdings war es sehr dunkel und man hatte den Blick auf die Klimaanlage im Hinterhof.
