Comme d'habitude son emplacement à 10 min à pied de la gare , un arrêt de tram devant l'hôtel , un personnel accueillant et disponible , d'habitude des chambres confortables et bien équipé , mais pas cette fois !!!!!!!!!
Après plusieurs séjours dans cet hôtel , je ne pensais pas être mécontent un jour. La literie de la chambre 214 était vraiment trop molle , impossible de régler la température de l'eau sous la douche un coup trop chaud , un coup trop froid, manque de pression un bruit d'appareil électrique en permanence . éviter cette chambre!!!!!

The garage for my car was under the building. Well protected even though I had to pay extra for it.
Receptionists were a bit rude and not really helpful. 90% of the time spent at the check in stage they spoke in their own language and I didn't understand anything.

Kamer was perfect. Goede ligging tov station. Ideaal te bereizen voor school. Ook ideaal was dat het hotel over een bagagedepot beschikt. Ik moest in Rotterdam zijn voor tentamen. Ik heb een rustige kamer gekregen zodat ik mij goed voor kon bereiden op het tentamen. Ik heb alweer geboekt voor de volgende keer dat ik tentamen heb.

Locatie prima. Vlak bij het centrum en goed te lopen.
Op de televisie kun je alleen Nederland 1, 2 en 3 ontvangen terwijl ze beneden in de lobby RTL draaiden. Zeker als je een paar dagen in het hotel zit is het jammer dat er niet meer Nederlandse zenders zijn.

Unieke locatie! Tramhalte t.o. de ingang van het hotel en CS op loopafstand. Uitgebreid ontbijtbuffet, schone kamers, vriendelijk personeel, privé-parkeerplaats bij het hotel.
Op de slaapkamers zit luchtverwarming die nogal wat herrie maakt. hierdoor werd de nachtrust toch wel wat verstoord, jammer....
