This hotel is situated in the mountainous setting of La Rioja. The therapeutic treatments offered will guarantee your relaxation and comfort. The rooms are warmly decorated, elegant but at the same time functional. All have large beds and magnificent views of the landscape. The restaurant service is based on healthy eating and the centre and thermal park have facilities and treatments with a base of mineral therapeutic waters, thermals and mud, all of which are greatly beneficial to health. From here you can do some trekking into the surrounding natural landscape or a wine-tasting in one of the old wineries.

Agradable estancia en el balneario de Arnedillo (La Rioja)

Confirmo muy sinceramente que me gustó mucho todo el conjunto del balneario el que conozco de anteriores estancias.
Sólo la falta de wifi en las habitaciones tipo standard y así lo manifesté en la hoja de sugerencias que dejé en el buzón de recepción teniendo en cuenta además del muy escaso costo que ello supone.

La cama era comoda y el spaa esta muy bien.
Las piscinas exteriores río bravo y la de olasestaban desactivadas y tardaban mucho en activarlas y cuando las activaban solo era,por una vez. Los tratamientos eran muy caros

El buffet está muy bien, completo y variado. Las instalaciones son muy cómodas y la zona del parque termal merece la pena. El gimnasio, aunque es pequeño, tiene todo lo necesario. El personal, tanto de la recepción como del restaurante, es muy atento y amable.
No hay conexión wifi en todas las habitaciones.

La comida, la calma , el entorno, El personal de recepción muy efIciente y en el comedor Mónica es increible, siempre estaba atenta a todo lo que faltaba en el buffet.
La limpieza de las termas y algunas cabinasTuvimos que efectuar una queja. Los tratamientos de estética no estan a la altura del precio. Son muy elevados y no te hacen nada especial.

Los tratamientos que entraron en el pack. Estufa y terma romana. Uno hice por la mañana y otro por la tarde. Me resultaron muy agobiantes y la terma romana no pude ni terminarla. Otras veces que he estado hice lodo y terma romana y me fui para mi casa con mejor sensación.

La comida. La comida estaba bien. Muchas parcelas para estar tranquilos.sitio para relajarse. Que en la habitacion tuvieramos botellines de agua sin coste. Que el balneario este a 5 minutos del pueblo.
El servicio de cafeteria. Lento solo una persona para todo y eso que estabamos en Agosto.El cafe lo sacaban de la cocina. Falta de personal en los comedores auxiliares. La habitacion que era superior no tuviera vistas.Daba a un patio exterior que puede entrar cualquiera a la habitacion. Las tumbonas de la piscina de verguenza.Necesitan que se renueven o porlo menos que les pongan una colchoneta.
