Lovely and convenient inn

We loved everything about our stay there. We were able to walk to several great restaurants, the facility was really beautiful with great attention to detail and the staff was among the friendliest and most helpful we ever met.
It might be nice if they served more meals, but we were out and about all day any way, so we probably would not have eaten there during the day, It would be very nice if they had a bar to grab a cocktail or glass of wine.

Cute Central Place to Stay in Napa

4.40/5.0
Beautiful and well appointed house and rooms, set in a nice garden setting, a short walk from the central Napa township. Breakfast is very good indeed and the staff are friendly and helpful. Easy onsite parking. In town try the Bounty Hunter, ZuZu and Hog Island Oysters. All had exceptional food, wine and service. Out of town try Farmstead near St Helena, you won't be disappointed.
We stayed in 2 rooms. The first was at the back of the old house on the second floor and was great, with plenty of natural light and air. The second room was also in the old house (Jefferson room) and was not as good as wifi was patchy, we had no room fan and had passing road traffic noise.

The perfect getaway...

Such a delightful hidden gem. Beautiful B&B with a wonderful staff. Everyone was attentive and charming. We stayed in the Hanna Moore room on the main floor. We were worried we would hear too much traffic but was pleasantly surprised. Great location to shops and restaurants. Short drive to wineries. Definitely recommend if you are looking for something different than the standard hotel.

The Inn On Randolph is a beautiful and clean property. Breakfast was very light and delusions!!! We will return soon! Alexa was GREAT and very accommodating!! She and Diane are the reason we will return!
Melissa was not as warm and fuzzy as I thought she could have been. Had I not walked away feeling this way I would have given the staff and excellent rating.

Lovely property only a half mile from downtown Napa. A great spot to stay if you're exploring Napa Valley - a bit further if you're more interested in the Northwest/Sonoma side of wine country. Staff is extremely helpful and attentive - we enjoyed our room and breakfasts very much! Would certainly recommend!

Great service, super central location, walking distance to downtown Napa and great restaurants. Comfy bed, spacious room. Great breakfast. Tasty wine.
There was a bit of a problem with the hot water, it worked on the first night, it was gone next morning, it never warmed up, not even to luke warm.

Beautiful old home, room was very nice.
Breakfast was delicious although small portions. It was perfect for me but my husband was still hungry. Offering more to eat to travelers would be a nice touch. I should of brought my own pillow, these were big and high pillows and I prefer a flat pillow.

My wife and I recently spent our honeymoon in Napa, and the Inn On Randolph was by far the best choice of places to stay while we were there. We decided on staying there based on not only the excellent reviews found on Yelp but also the clean, modern updated look and feel of the whole facility. Sure, other B&B's have the super old-fashioned charm of staying at grandma's house (if you're into that sort of thing), but my wife and I were looking for something that would better suit our taste and style. The dual-head shower in our bathroom was magnificent. The heated floors in the bathroom were top notch. The ease of just flipping a switch and having the fireplace come on was a nice touch. Our king-size bed, sheets, and comforter were extremely plush and cozy making it quite difficult to want to get out of bed, but once we did we were greeted by an incredible breakfast each morning. Every breakfast was creative and unusual making it a fun surprise trying to guess what we would be served the following morning. The chef personally chooses each and every ingredient that he uses, and that quality definitely shows through in the way everything tasted. The manager with whom we visited every morning was very helpful if you needed any ideas for plans for your day. Everyone on staff makes you feel right at home and makes it hard to leave when your stay is over. We would definitely stay with them again in the future.

We planned a romantic weekend trip in Napa and booked this B&B without prior knowledge and we were blown away by the room, amenities, food and extra touches. We were greeted in the evening and personally shown around the property (after being offered fresh baked cookies). The rooms have a fresh, clean decor and have more amenities than most 5 star hotels (heated bathroom floors, fireplaces, air bathtub, wine, etc.). The breakfasts were delicious...for example, pureed polenta and soft boiled eggs with tomato puree. The owner was amazingly kind...she offered solid advice of the area and even offered her picnic cooler as we planned to picnic at a vineyard. The staff made us a cheese plate upon our return from wine tasting and packed a bag of cookies for us as we traveled back to the airport. We will definitely return in the future!

We were so taken by the beauty of the property! The only thing that surpassed it was the staffs (and owners) attention to detail. Thanks for sparing nothing Dan! And Carly(hostess/concierge) was so helpful and friendly. We could go on and on but bottom line is its worth every penny.

This B&B was incredible. I'd seen the great reviews and they didn't disappoint. This inn was the perfect combination of the benefits of a B&B (smaller, great hospitality, amazing breakfasts) with the benefits of a high end hotel (modern, clean lines; no old-fashioned decor). I had surprised my husband with this trip and he was blown away by the inn. I spoke with and emailed with Karen (the owner) and Stacy (the manager) several times and they graciously helped answer many questions and consistently gave great recommendations. We stayed in the Walker Room and absolutely loved the little balcony. The room and bathroom were beautiful too! It's about a 10 minute walk from downtown Napa; 15+ to Ox Bow. Lots of great restaurants.

Hands down- the best Bed and Breakfast I've ever come across. Instant feeling of comfort and hospitality as soon as you enter the front door! We felt very taken care of and spoiled at this B&B. The chef prepares the breakfast of a 5 star resort, and the owners are constantly checking on you and making sure you 100% taken care of. We were set up with dinner reservations and wineries at the top places in Napa. The cottages are perfectly nice and cozy, with luxurious beds paired with stunning fireplaces. The perfect place to unwind and relax for a great weekend. Looking forward to booking another trip here ASAP.

What an absolutely PERFECT place to stage our Napa Valley work team outing! First of all, the rooms are impeccable. The whole property is drool-worthy beautiful: decor, landscaping, rooms, everything is JUST right. They have several common areas for your hang out time or meeting time. QUIET and private unlike some other B&Bs I've been in. I heard almost no one despite the fact we kind of "took over" the property (all rooms in main house + 2 cabins). Almost every tea member vows to return with their significant others at some point, that's how perfect it is. Not inexpensive, but it was worth every penny and more. Karen and her husband and every staff member we met were gracious hosts and there to accommodate any need. Love, love, love this place. You wont regret it!PS I stayed in the Hannah Room, the only room downstairs in the main house.

OUTSTANDING * LUXURIOUS * HEALTHYWE LOVED staying at Inn on Randolph. Everything about our stay was outstanding, luxurious and healthy! The property was absolutely beautiful, tranquil and pristine. We felt so well taken care of but still had our privacy. Owners Karen and Dan thought of every single detail in the most elegant, healthy, eco-friendly and zen-like ways. They really went out of their way to create the best B&B… amazing staff and chefs to make everything “special”. The beds are so comfortable, sheets divine, luxurious towels and robes, and they even use E&O healthy bath & body products. Inn on Randolph is both green (eco-friendly) and it's healthy. Our family is very sensitive and we don't travel well due to our environmental sensitivities, chemical sensitivities and food allergies. However, we slept great and we found everything at this Inn hypoallergenic, healthy and their air quality stellar! They even had hot and cold filtered water in the main house, filtered bottled water in every room, and they served a super delicious and healthy breakfast. Everything that is served is gluten-free but you would never know it. I can go on an on about the level of thoughtfulness and generosity we experienced at Inn on Randolph (too much to write)... all I can say is that we had a wonderful experience and we can’t wait to return. There is no coincidence why everyone LOVES Inn on Randolph, it's definitely worth the trip! The owners gave us great recommendations for places to eat, do, see, etc. They were spot on!I initially learned about this place as the well-known allergen free SF master baker and food stylist Jeff Larsen was teaching there – between his phenomenal class and staying at the Inn on Randolph, it was heaven on earth!

We stayed at the Inn on Randolph for our honeymoon and could not have asked for a better experience! Our stay in the lovely Laurel Cottage exceeded all of our expectations. The cottage was beautiful, the sheets were amazing (we bought a set!), the stone fireplace was romantic, the jet tub was relaxing and the sweet little amenity of a bottle of Frog's Leap zinfandel was just perfect. Karen and her staff are completely lovely and helpful in planning your stay in Napa. Karen is in the dining room each morning to greet guests and make sure that you have the best plans for your day. She was able to get us a last-minute tasting at Frog's Leap winery and knew all the best places to go for dinner and tastings - she knows everyone in Napa! The breakfast was extraordinary too! The chef provided the most interesting and innovative breakfasts - locally sourced chicken sausage on black lentils with poached eggs was a favorite! The coffee (Karen's special blend) was also delicious! We fell in love with Inn on Randolph and will make sure that this is our go-to stop whenever we come back to Napa.

The Inn on Randolph is the ideal place to stay in wine country. Its location, contemporary, cozy feel, and the staff's attention to detail surpass any luxury hotel we've visited. And the food! Having dined at a few Michelin-starred restaurants during our celebratory weekend, the food at the Inn on Randolph rivaled all others. The gluten-free chocolate chip cookies, granola, and breakfast potato hash are not to be missed.Karen, Stacey, and the Inn staff ensured every moment of our trip was special. From winery suggestions to coordinating reservations to delivering surprise roses, the level of service exceeds even the best concierge. The Inn on Randolph is a part of our engagement story and we cannot wait for our next stay.
