We did not get extra time for checkout even though booking.com said we would, since we are genius guests. Not the hotels fault, somethhing booking.com should take care of!

They could clean every day your room but do it every other day but still i would go there again.

Lit double petite largeur et inconfortable Propreté plus que douteuse, linge troué, ménage tout les 2 ou 3 jours... Toilettes bouchées en permanence Piscine ridicule et en bordure de rue Et j'en oublie certainement Séjour à oublier heureusement que l'île est fantastique

We booked one night "eco room". The room is situated next to the reception. The owners are unpleasant, barely say "hello" and would rather stare at you. We could hear them speaking/screaming at 7am at the reception. The room in itself is not good at all : very hard matress, very old blanket and no duvet, paint coming out from the walls, dirty curtains which does not prevent the sun from coming into the room and too small for the window, broken window with holes in the wood (yes, mosquitos can come in at night), view on the road where you can hear cars and scooter, bathroom is OK except the sink was clogged, and the water smelt bad..? To conclude : very very noisy, not cosy. Probably the worst hotel I have ever slept in so far. You can have so much better in Samui for a few euros more.

No esta cerca de la playa, esta alejado de las zonas comerciales, la piscina muy pequeña y sucia, se supone que te limpian todos los dias la habitación pero no es así, tienes que dejar la llave en medio de la recepción para que te limpien la habitación, la recepción no es 24horas muy dificil encontrar a un responsable cuando tienes una duda o una petición

Достаточно далеко от хорошего участка пляжа на море.Проход к морю через территорию другого отеля.Сначала с горки потом в горку потом опять с горки.Ближайший участок пляжа с большими камнями под водой.Можно случайно поранить ногу.

The pool is pretty pointless.. It's tiny and there's no where to sunbath near there. The air con was a bit dodgy and we got hot in the night. The fridge didn't work in the room so we bought food and had to throw it away.

Il servizio pulizia non è esistito in 3 giorni mai pulito la camera e nessun cambio di biancheria . Il water non funzionava. , non potevi usare la carta igienica ... Il tutto molto scadente .

Younger female staff member very rude (face was tripping her- you'll know the minute you see her) Told on arrival we would have to change room the following day, only to pack up our backpacks (Travellers know the pain!!) move down to reception to then be told we don't need to move anymore!! Very annoying!!!

Zimmer wurden leider nicht gereinigt was uns aber bei einem 3tägigen Aufenthalt nicht wirklich gestört hat

Pool wasn't clean

Staff titolare,lei capisce poco,e quello che vuole lei,lui sovente ubriaco.Ho pagato una room deluxe,e mi hanno messo in una room normale.Gli chiedi il phon risponde..no have,chiedi il motorbike prima ti dice ok poi dopo ore risponde..no have,ti fai fare un phad thai,le chiedi lime,noccioline e piccante(ingredienti basilari della ricetta)risponde..no have,le chiedi una birra,poi dell acqua,o qualcosa da bere..risposta..no have.Poi la cassaforte,che mancava in stanza,e dopo averla installata,ed essere andati in un altro resort,sono stato bombardato da mail x avere secondo loro portato via la chiave di sicurezza della suddetta,che in teoria non si da ai clienti ed non mi è mai stata data.Chiavi e reception incustodite durante sera e notte.
