Sehr schönes Hotel in guter Lage. Freundliches Personal

Sehr freundliches Personal mit guten Englisch Kenntnissen. Lage ist zwar Abseits der Village, aber zu Fuß gut erreichbar. Bungalows sind sehr schön und sauber.

Frühstück ist eher mager. Portionen sehr klein (vor allem das westliche Frühstück) Größtes Manko: Es gibt keinen richtigen Kaffee, nur Nescafé Pulver.

The room wasn't that nice. I can't close to toilet's door and lots of mosquitos. The way too the room is quite difficult to walk after raining.

Tolles Hotel mit super herzlichem Personal

Sehr freundliches, herzliches und zuvorkommendes Personal. Stets bemüht, alle Wünsche der Gäste zu erfüllen. Tourenplanung war sehr unkompliziert, das Hotel bietet viele Ausflüge in den Nationalpark an. Es gab viele unterschiedliche Frühstücksvariationen zur Auswahl, für jeden Geschmack ist etwas dabei.

Very friendly Staff, very helpful. Although we only stayed for one night and booked the tour at Royal Cliff Resort (Prices/tours are everywhere the same), we even got a little 'survival'-kit from the host including a head-flashlight. They only asked us to give it to a group of other people who were returning to the resort, since we were traveling on to Surrat Thani; how friendly is that! Would definitely recommend, and come again.

Schönes Resort in Khao Sok

Die Lage des Resorts in Khao Sok ist schön: am Rande des Dorfes und daher ruhig in einem wunderschönen Garten mit Blick auf die Berge. Direkt im Resort kann man 1 oder 2-Tages-Ausflüge zum Nationalpark und dem Stausee buchen, was man auf jeden Fall machen sollte. Die Bungalows in denen man wohnt sind einfach aber sehr schön. Im zugehörigen Restaurant kann man gut essen und das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit! Für Reisen nach Khao Sok ist dieses Resort sehr empfehlenswert.

Für Khao Sok und Nationalpark reichen in der Regel 2-3 Tage Aufenthalt. Der Name täuscht ein wenig: es gibt momentan noch keinen Spa.

Viel für wenig Geld

Die gesamte Hotelanlage ist wirklich seher schön, man hat einen traumhaften ausblick auf den Dschungel und die tolle kalksteinfelsen. Die zimmer sind sauber und das badezimmer zur abwechslung mal schön groß. Das Personal war immer hilfsbereit und sehr nett. Uns hat es sehr gut gefallen!

Sinnvolle kritik fällt mit ehrlich gesagt nicht ein..

Great beds, clean, nice staff, good location. We really enjoyed our stay! They take care of you by providing everything you need. Would recommend.

The tickets to travel to the islands are more expensive than down the street (although the trip is the same I guess).

-very friendly staff who spoke english and did everything for our convieniance-excellent breakfast, with a choice of different plates freshly prepared, not just a cheap buffet. The breakfast was included-Clean and cosy rooms, especially for thailand -very good food at the restaurant at affordable prices

Comfortabel verblijf

Prachtige familie bungalow voor ons gezin. De ligging is heel mooi; 's nachts hoor je allerlei geluiden uit de natuur. Dicht bij restaurantjes in Khao Sok. Eigenaresse heel behulpzaam. Ze neemt alle tijd om je te helpen en te adviseren.

Un paraíso para disfrutar en la estación seca

El lugar es espectacular. La habitación era limpia, cómoda y muy acogedora, cuidada con detalle y en medio de un paraje precioso. Es un conjunto de casitas cucas en un prado verde cerca de la selva.

Lamentablemente fuimos en agosto, época de monzones, y el paraíso se convirtió en un barrizal en el que no podías hacer nada por culpa de las lluvias torrenciales que caían cada hora o dos horas. Tuvimos que cancelar una de las noches que teníamos reservadas y quedarnos sin hacer las excursiones al lago y la jungla. Esto nos ocasionó pérdida de dinero y una comprensible penalización económica. Aún así, conseguimos negociar con el personal y nos descontaron un 50% del precio de la noche que cancelamos. Si volvemos en otra época, desde luego elegiremos el mismo lugar.

Beautiful location, good food and friendly staff

The Khao Sok Royal Cliff Resort is situated on a beautiful location. The views are spectacular and waking up is a joy. The bungalows are cleaned every day and are spacious enough with a nice patio for relaxation is it starts raining. The breakfast is made on demand. There are enough choices and the food is good. We had diner on multiple occasions and there is a lot of choices and the food is good value.The staff is very friendly and helped us plan a nice trip to the Ratchaprapha lake and the following trip to Koh Samui.

Pool would be nice, but as I understand this will be realised in the next few months.

Bon choix pour profiter de Khao Sok

Personnel très sympa, toujours prêt à donner un coup de main. Petit déjeuner simple mais frais. Chambre climatisée avec petit frigo perso. Moustiquaire présente sur toute l'ouverture de la fenêtre des chambres pour aérer sans se soucier des moustiques. Maison d'accueil / restaurant / détente très jolie avec belle vue sur les falaises.

Accès aux chambres un peu "boueux" en pleine saison des pluies (certaines desservies par un pont en bois ... d'autres non). Service blanchisserie à parfaire avec des sèches linges (les vêtements étaient encore bien humides - probablement séchés à l'air libre lui même bien humide). Un peu excentré par rapport au village et départ des randos (les 10 minutes de marche peuvent être dangereux la nuit car la route est très mal éclairée)

Resort on the Rain Forest

The Resort is located inside a rain forest a few kilometres from the heart of the Khao Sok National Park. From here you can explore the most interesting areas stunningly beautiful of the Park, like the Cheow Larn Lake which is an unknown and hidden paradise very similar to Halong Bay in Vietnam. The Resort offers several tours that we could choose and they really worthwhile to do. The Resort has an excellent wood decoration, coordinated with the rain forest, lots of lawns and tropical plants. The bungalows and the upper rooms are confortable. Prepare to take with you mosquito's repellent and covers and shoes for the rain. The weather in the tropical forest changes very quickly and suddenly we see ourselves under strong rains.

We had reserved 2 bungalows and when we arrived no one seemed to know about our reservation and there were no bungalows available so we had to stay on the upper rooms which aren't so confortable and nice. With a good spirit that was not a problem, nevertheless reflected some disorganization among the reservations staff.

Wunderschöne Anlage, zu top Preis!

Hotelanlage einfach traumhaft. Zimmer top, große gemütliche Betten, schönes Bad. Essen im Restaurant war toll. Bei den Touren wurden wir immer pünktlich direkt beim Hotel abgeholt.

Kein Frühstücksbuffet. Auswahl zwischen mehreren Frühstücks-Menüs, die aber sehr gut waren. Liegt etwas außerhalb vom kleinen Dorf. Gibt nur einen kleinen Minimart ca. 500m entfernt.

Son/Managerin sehr nett und sehr Hilfsbereit ! Ist sehr bemüht um Ihre Gäste dass alles funktioniert. Die Lage und die Aussicht auf die Berge ist einmalig ! Es grünt und blüht alles im Hotelgarten, der mit viel liebe gepflegt und erweitert wird. Die "Chalets" sind was spezielles, recht "urig" und sehr nett.

Englisch sollte besser sein, relax Möglichkeiten sollten mehr angeboten werden. ZB:Kissen/Auflagen für die Chalets. Es sollte alles funktionieren in den Chalets.

verry bad bungelow house who look just fine in the beginning

When I entered the bathtroom booth the floor came down by at least 20 cm underneath me while I was standing on it. I injured my left foot badly. When I spoke to the manager about it she said Sorry and told my we would get a nother bungelow When I asked het for a compensation on the price for 1 nicht she reacted; "I don"t think so, the bungelow was checked and everything was fine". So I said;" oh so you are telling me it's my fault???" Then the said:" no it was an excident" She did not take redponsibility for her own bungelow so I checked out right away! Before I left I heart that the people next to us alsi had problems ( minor conpared to ours) and they also got a nother bungelow.

Gezellige huisjes midden in de natuur! Wakker worden van vogels en insecten. Schone kamers en vriendelijk personeel.

Locatie is dichtbij de ingang van het park maar als je alleen naar de dam wil dan is het nog 45 minuten rijden. Het personeel (behalve de gastvrouw) spreekt niet goed Engels waardoor er in het restaurant regelmatig bestellingen fout gingen of je lang moet wachten omdat ze niet zeker weten wat je hebt besteld en het nogmaals komen checken. Ontbijt beetje weinig, je kunt kiezen uit verschillende sets.
