El personal amable y el edificio muy bonito. La habitación correcta y se aparca con facilidad en el exterior del hotel. Tranquilidad.
Quizás que el desayuno era escaso en variedad y se terminaban los productos sin que los repusieran.. Aunque podías pedirle al camarero y te atendía enseguida.

A very nice and cozy place, with it's own style and pleasant simplicity. An oasis amidst the city. I was leaving at the middle of night, and i was offered a cup of coffee for free to help me wake up - another simple but warm thing.

Estupendo hotel que conviene visitar para estar tranquilo y relajado, en ambiente acogedor.

El personal es muy amable, atento y servicial. El hotel es una preciosa villa de estilo y ambientación toscano, con jardín y arbolado mediterráneo. Las habitaciones disponen de una terraza amplia con vistas al jardín.
Quizá la ubicación en Arturo Soria, lejos del centro de Madrid, y próxima a la circunvalación...es una calle que se acaba a la altura del hotel...la ubicación no es muy acogedora.

Das Hotel ist sehr hübsch! Es liegt in einem ruhigen Stadtteil, man kann aber alles mit Bus und Bahn erreichen.
Wegen Kundenevents gab es kein Restaurant im Hotel!

Персонал дружелюбен. Разрешили выехать из гостиницы на пару часов позже. Номер был небольшой, но уютный. Чисто, тихо, спокойно. Неплохой ресторан при отеле. Туда ходят ужинать люди, проживающие в этом районе. Рядом хороший тайский ресторан.
Если цель - туризм, то основной недостаток расположение. До метро пешком минут 15. Далее 20-30 мин на метро до центра. Хотя, сам район, в котором располагается отель, неплохой (спальный для обеспеченных жителей).
