About Marina Park Hotel

Marina Park Hotel is set in Fortaleza. Overlooking the marina at Iracema Beach, this hotel offers complete leisure and dining facilities. Guests can have a sunbath by the swimming pool, surrounded with tropical palm trees, whilst enjoying a cocktail. Marina Park Hotel is the host of several events in Fortaleza, including their traditional New Years Eve party. The hotel offers free shuttle service to Futuro Beach and to the Handicraft Market. Acomodações velhas. Equipe sem vontade de resolver os problemas que surgiram. (Má vontade muito grande) Demora para Entregar toalhas que faltaram no quarto. Muito barulho nas imediações dos quartos.

Cafe da manha bom, limpeza impecavel, funcionarios atenciosos, serviço de transfer funciona bem e tem o restaurante La Marine que é maravilhoso!
Houve um pequeno incidente no check out quando fui conferir as despesas, havia tres drinks cobrados que nao consumi. Talvez seja preciso mudar o sistema. O funcionario anota o numero do quarto em um aplicativo e nao se recebe nada de controle.

Café da manhã excelente, bem como gentileza da parte dos funcionários. Quarto amplo e aconchegante.
O WiFi não funcionou no quarto. Na piscina conectava sem problemas, mas no quarto deixou à desejar. Piscina excelente, porém somente um funcionário atendendo... para pedir uma água, suco.. tinha de ir toda vez até o balcão.. mas de resto.. tudo ótimo!

Quando estou em Fortaleza sempre fico neste hotel. Vista perfeita e conforto pleno em todos os ambientes. hotel amplo e boa área de lazer
No dia da minha estadia estava tendo um evento do Aviões do forro e toda a area de lazer foi cercada depois das 16h impedindo dos hospedes utilizar o espaço. Inclusive no momento da festa os hospedes tinha que sair do hotel para ter acesso a festa. Não gostei muito do tratamento dos segurança. Mais pelo que me parece a equipe não era do hotel e sim dos organizadores da festa .

O café da manhã é bom , e os funcionários atenciosos , procuram sempre atender às solicitações
Não é luxo para 5 estrelas as instalações são antigas principalmente banheiro e ar condicionado .Um inconveniente é não estar na orla , é uma marina não tem acesso à praia , apesar de possuir boa área lazer , se vc estiver de carro atende bem .
