About Mas Duc

Set on a large estate, this charming 18th-century Catalan country house is located in Brunyola, just 25 minutes’ drive from Girona city centre. The garden features an outdoor pool. The rustic-style rooms at Mas Duc feature free Wi-Fi and a flat-screen TV. Each one comes with a minibar and a private bathroom with a hairdryer and a bathrobe. They offer garden views. Mas Duc’s restaurant serves traditional Catalan food. There is also a bar with sofas, a piano and a fireplace. In the garden there is a trampoline, and you can find loungers and parasols by the pool. Het personeel mega vriendelijk We hebben en grotere kamer gekregen omdat we een grote hond bij hadden. Spreken zeer goed engels en frans. Geen meerprijs moeten betalen golf de kamer. Rustig en heerlijke faciliteit. Aanrader!!!!!!!!

Una escapada perfecta. La comida muy buena y bien presentada, el desayuno muy completo con embutidos ibéricos y tortillas. Hubo una tormenta con rayos y truenos mientras tomábamos los mojitos en la Terraza y el personal no le importo mojarse para recoger nuestras cosas, increíble servicio.Gracias por vuestro saber hacer y profesionalidad. Volveremos seguro !!! Recuerdos a toda la familia

RELAJADO FIN DE SEMANA

La tranquilidad, menú rico, bien presentado y elaborado.Platos cocinados al momento con productos de calidad . (Eso si, teniendo en cuenta que solo tienen 10 habitaciones son demasiado lentos, tardan 1 hora entre los primeros y los segundos platos ).

Estuvimos en una habitación de la la segunda planta. Hubo una gran tormenta por la noche y se nos colaba el agua con la ventana cerrada por el baño dw tal manera que se encharco todo el suelo en cuestión de segundos. (No es nada grato que tengan q entrar en tu habitación x la noche con el cubo, la fregona y un montón de toallas a secarte el suelo con las molestias q esto conlleva sin ni siquiera compensarte x ello. En cualquier otro establecimiento hubieran tenido algún detalle con el cliente.

We loved everything about our stay! It felt like staying in a family. The food is amazing. We would definitely highly recommend the place and will definitely return!

Not a dislike but a suggestion for improvement: 1) mattress in the room could be replaced; 2) also sun lounger mattresses looked a bit worn out as they are left outside during the rain and at night...

Muchísimas cosas a mejorar

La amabilidad del personal (del señor mayor y del chico joven). La ubicación y la casa, ya que es muy bonita y tranquila. Hay un parque y mucho espacio para los niños. Está cerca de Girona, por si quieres dar un paseo por la ciudad.

Redacto las cosas que creo que se tienen que mejorar, teniendo en cuenta que es una casa rural que tiene un 9'3 de puntuación anterior y que el precio es alto. Si no fuera así y el precio y la puntuación fueran más bajos, seguramente no diríamos nada, dado que hemos leído que han cogido la casa hace poco y se entiende que hay una parte de adaptación. De todas maneras, creo oportuno puntualizar las cosas con el fin que mejoren ciertos aspectos y den un servicio de más calidad, acorde al precio: -Desayuno muy pobre (pan tostado desde hacía rato, embutido de bajo nivel, mesa sin poner plato-vaso-cubiertos, bollería del supermercado "maquillada y calentada en el horno"). Creo que estaría bien no tostar el pan, tener algo de bollería buena como algún croissant hecho, ofrecer algo de embutido de más calidad, y tener mesas puestas con todo lo necesario, para que la gente no tenga que ir buscando las cosas por el comedor. -Detalles descuidados (cuna en medio del pasillo, mesas sin poner en el desayuno, falta del personal durante el desayuno y en la entrada de la puerta, material y agua de la piscina muy descuidado). -Menú de cena erróneo y caro para lo que comes (aperitivo escrito en menú pero no servido, ofrecer filete pero servir bistec, ofrecer postres caseros que no lo son).

Excepcional. Como en casa. Relax y tranquilidad

Los nuevos propietarios nos hicieron sentir como estar en casa. La comida excelente y abundante, el desayuno ademas del Buffet, te ofrecen, tortilla o huevos de sus gallinas. Les acompañamos a recoger tomates y verduras, cocinan con productos de su huerto. Excepcional. Relax total y tranquilidad. La piscina rodeada de arboles y sus Mojitos nocturnos del bar de la terraza con musica de ambiente, no tiene precio. Gracias por hacernos tan agradable estos días.

Hemos venido en otras ocasiones y nos ha encantado el cambio de gestión. La comida buenísima, la habitación amplia y con terraza, cama muy cómoda. Las actividades que ofrecen con los niños, "genial" montamos a caballo y en los Quads, Tiro al Arco. La familia que lo gestiona es muy amable. Hace poco que lo llevan y se les nota profesionalidad e ilusión para dar un servicio excelente. La zona de bar y "chill out", perfecta para tomar unos Mojitos, Gin-tonic. Volveremos!!!

El hotel es muy bonito y tranquilo, la habitación amplia y cómoda. La familia que lo gestiona es muy amable y están pendientes de todos los detalles para hacerte la estancia lo mejor posible. Las actividades gratuitas muy bien, y la piscina fantástica! El desayuno muy variado, pedimos tortilla y huevos fritos y nos lo hicieron al momento y sin coste. Probamos el restaurante del hotel y se come muy bien. Repetiremos seguro, hemos pasado una estancia maravillosa!!!

Mal cambio de gestión. Les queda mucho por aprender.

La tranquilidad.

Somos una familia que hemos repetido 6 veces. Aunque el lugar está bien, se nota el cambio de gestión negativamente.Le falta una renovación a los exteriores, desayuno flojo y poco abundante ( no puede ser que se acabe la tortilla de patata al cabo de media hora o que haya 4 croisants de bolsa y no se reponga), cena buena pero poca cantidad y cara , cojines tirados y mal colocados en la zona de la terraza...Falta organización y cuidar un poco los detalles ... A parte, tuvimos que pedir que sacasen los quads para los críos (anteriormente te "invitaban'" a ir a hacer las actividades), etc....
