Equipe de funcionários super bem preparada, ágil e atenciosa! Quarto extremamente confortável Hotel super bem decorado e mobiliado nas áreas de covinvio geral
Café da manhã deixa um pouco a desejar na sessão de pães e bolos, aparentam ser preparados com muita antecedência, principalmente o pão de queijo que estava sempre duro, mas as outras sessões eram excelentes!

Good shower. Complimentary hot water and instant coffee/tea in the room. Was granted one extra hour for check out.
Internet did not work properly. Asked for, and was promised, replacement of burned light bulb, which never took place. Asked for wake up call, never got it. No good restaurants / shops in the vicinity. Confused breakfast service.

Very friendly service at the frontdesk
Very old equipment in the hotel room. Things didn't work in the hotel room because of damage. Cleaning of the room wasn't made in correct way. Price to high for the offered Quality. The offered breakfast was inedible.

Estive em outras ocasiões neste mesmo hotel, e minha impressão foi melhor.

O lustre do banheiro estava solto, a ducha higiênica não funcionou.fiz minha reserva pelo Booking e para minha surpresa, a diferença de preço com o site oficial, tive que pagar pelo estacionamento e café da manhã não inclusos no pacote.

Cafe da manha ok para quem come paes e bolos. Sugiro mais opções para quem nao come gluten e nem embutidos. Pelo valor da diária, o hotel poderia ter disponibilizado pelo menos uma garrafa de água de cortesia, um custo baixo que faria diferenca.
