The 4-star Mercure Apartments Curitiba Golden invites you to enjoy a great covered pool on its terrace, where you can enjoy the heated water despite of the weather every day. A squash court, gym and sauna are other leisure and relaxation options available to your whole family. Some guestrooms feature a kitchenette, a living room, a bedroom, a bathroom and a balcony. Air conditioning, internet connection and flat-screen TVs are provided in every accommodation. After a full day of sightseeing or business meetings in Curitiba, relax in the hotels welcoming restaurant or internet café. The Mercure Apartments Curitiba Golden is only a short walk from the 24 Hours Street, the Cristal Shopping Mall and the Ruy Barbosa Square.

According to the Brazilian Federal Law 8.069/1990, minors under 18 years of age cannot check into hotels unless they are accompanied by their parents or a designated adult. If a minor is accompanied by an adult other than his parents, it is necessary to present a written authorisation for the minor to check into the hotel. Such authorisation must be notarised and signed by both parents, and presented along with notarised copies of their IDs. All minors under 18 years of age also need to present a valid ID with photo, to prove their identity and that of his/her parents. This must be presented even if a minor is accompanied by his/her parents. In the case of a minor accompanied by only one of the parents, it is necessary to present a notarised authorisation signed by the absent parent, along with a notarised copy of that parent´s ID. The hotel can provide more details and the required authorisation form.

O apartamento é excelente, café maravilhoso, piscina aquecida mesmo....
A parede do quarto tinha mancha de mofo e descascando. Uma recepcionista muito mal vestida e sem educação.

Havíamos reservado quartos segundo as especificações apresentadas pela booking. Contudo, ao chegarmos ao local, nos deparamos com acomodações completamente diferentes da contratada. O hotel alegou erro da booking e não efetuou a troca. Tivemos transtorno inicial em uma das acomodações tendo em vista que o quarto disponibilizado encontrava-se sujo. Fomos trocados de acomodação ao passar a situação para a gerência.

café da manhã muito bom; mas falta alguns alimentos organicos; mais tipos de sucos (uva p. exemplo); cama otima; espaços internos ;otimos; elevador super silencioso; limpeza ótima.
falta atendimento na piscina; a sauna não tem indicação aonde ligar ou quem pode ligar; as toalhas da piscina ficam soltas, sore cadeiras(??); nào tem lugar especifico; o wi-fi tem que fazer procedimento com nome do hotel e não é informado para o hospede com clareza; as bebidas e alguns alimentos são muito caros; a gente deixa de comer algo ali ou beber; está alem do normal.

Foram encontrados os seguintes problemas: no site do booking havia a informação de que poderia solicitar uma cama extra para criança gratuitamente, assim sendo solicitado no ato da reserva no site do booking. No entanto, fomos informados, após a reserva que não haveria espaço para a cama reserva na acomodação. Esse problema foi minimizado pelo fato da cama de casal ser bem grande. O outro problema foi quanto a cobrança de estacionamento, que, no site do booking seria de R$22,04, na porta do hotel estava R$23,00 e foi cobrado R$24,15. No mais, tudo ok.

O Café da manhã era maravilhoso. Room service ótimo, restaurante com comida muito gostosa e bem feita. Pertinho do Hard Rock Café.
A piscina não é aquecida e a sauna não estava funcionando.

Café da manhã muito muito bom, a cama confortável. Os funcionários prestativos. O visual desde o hotel é lindo, pois os quartos são com varanda.
Não recomendo o estacionamento, tivemos um contratempo com o carro. Não é culpa do hotel, é tercerizado.

As toalhas para a Piscina ficam no fittnes center. Sair molhado no fruo de Curitiba para pegar toalhas em outro lugar não foi exatamente agradável...
