Instalações e conforto excelentes. Equipe simpática e atenciosa, principalmente para o evento que fizemos no local.
Café da Manha e a comida muito a desejar. O café tem um gosto desagradável. No entanto o coffee break que solicitamos foi excelente.

Schönes Businesshotel mit guten Frühstücksbuffet

Sehr schönes, sauberes Hotel.Unserem Wunsch nach einem Zimmer im oberen Stockwerk wurde vor Ort nachgekommen (beim Check-in fragen) und der Ausblick aus dem 12. OG war einfach fantastisch! Die Rezeptionisten schienen zwar noch nicht allzu lange dort zu arbeiten (ihr eigener englischer Stadtplan schien sie zu verwirren), waren aber stets freundlich und bei Fragen immer zur Hilfe. Das Frühstücksbuffet war wirklich SEHR lecker und die Auswahl an Brötchen, Obst und sogar Müsli konnte sich sehen lassen. Entgegen unserer Befürchtungen fanden wir in ganz Manaus kaum Mücken vor (in unserem Hotel gerade einmal 1 im Frühstücksraum). Da haben wir in Rio & Salvador eindeutig mehr gesehen! Das Manauara Shopping Center liegt in Laufentfernung und man fühlt sich in der Umgebung des Hotels sehr sicher..
Der Hotelpool war an unserem zweiten Tag schön, aber am letzten Abendschien er etwas grünlich... Wir sind dann nicht mehr rein.Der Safe, den sie "brachten" (nach Nachfrage an der Rezeption) war nicht in der Wand oder sonstwo verankert- ein Dieb hätte ihn einfach als Ganzes mitnehmen können... Die Lage ist etwas außerhalb der Stadt. Da wir aber eh Tagestouren mit Hotelabholung gebucht hatten, war dies für uns nebensächlich. Die Zimmerfenster waren von außen leider ziemlich dreckig. (von innen aber sauber- liegt wahrscheinlich an der Nähe zur Straße...)

Üppiges Frühstück, große Zimmer
Wir haben wohl einfach Pech gehabt: Anreise nach Mitternacht, Zimmer direkt über der lauten Entlüftungsanlage (3.Stock, bei geschlossenem Fenster), extrem laute Klimaanlage, kein warmes Wasser, ein schiefes Bett und ein dauerspülender Toilettenspülkasten. Wir waren zu Müde um nocheinmal umzuziehen. Wir haben uns nur gefragt warum wir ein so schlechtes Zimmer in dem fast leerem Hotel zugewiesen bekommen haben. Eigentlich ist Mercure ja für ein gutes Preis- Leistungsverhältnis bekannt.

Hotel funcional, mais focado para viajantes a trabalho

Staff muito atencioso, localizado a 300m do Manauara Shopping e a menos de 1km dos melhores restaurantes da cidade, quarto espaçoso.
Travesseiro duro e alto (não há opções), quarto com leve cheiro de mofo e piscina com água turva. Impossível tomar banho nela.

O tamanho do quarto e a forma como estão dispostos os móveis são perfeitos para um quarto de hotel. O escritório ficar atras da cama de frente para a TV é ótimo para quem trabalha a noite e quer um pouco de distração.
A voltagem da cidade é diferente da voltagem do hotel, o que confunde os hospedes na hora da reserva.
