Excellent stay at NH Amsterdam Noord!!!

The staff of the hotel was great, the drivers of the shuttle bus very friendly, cosy bed, very quiet room, nice breakfest. I will come back at this hotel without hesitation.

Chambre confortable, jolie salle de bain, parking gratuit, à 10-15 min à pied du ferry pour arriver directement au coeur de la ville ou shuttle gratuit (pas essayé)
Un petit meuble dès l'entrée de la chambre qui est propre mais trop usé et inutile qui pourrait laisser penser à un état du reste de la chambre un peu négligé, ce qui n'était pas le cas donc un conseil : retirer le simplement de la chambre ou remplacer le.

Le très grand lit confortable. La navette gratuite jusqu'au centre-ville. Le parking privé gratuit.
La douche laissait l'eau trop facilement arroser le reste de la salle de bain, pas idéale pour grandes personnes. Le bruit continu du chauffage dans la chambre au dernier étage.

De vrouwen aan de balie. Hartelijk en onthielden onze reden van komst en vroegen er geinteresseerd naar. Leuk.. Man aan balie had er duidelijk geen zin in en vertrok.Zondagmorgen j.l. ong 10.00 uur
2 bedden waren gevraagd plus douche en geen bad. Zonder bericht genegeerd. zand op de vloer,beddentijk vol vlekken,geen haken bij voordeur voor jassen . Geen handgreep bij bad voor de ouderen onder ons.

schlechte preisleistung

ein bus shutelservice der alle 15 min gefahren ist um in die innenstadt zu kommen
besonders das Barpersonal war sehr desinteressiert man musste sehr lange warten bis wir getränke bestellen konnte. leider war unser zimmer nur oberflächlich sauber

Frühstück war gut viel Auswahl, nur das Brot , Brötchen waren nicht so gut. Zimmer waren sauber Bett war bequem.
Brot und Brötchen waren trocken toaster ging nicht richtig.

Se puede llegar a la estación central de dos formas: en el microbús gratuito que ofrece el hotel, o bien caminando 20min en línea recta y luego cogiendo el ferry (gratuito dia y noche) para cruzar el río. Hay dos supermercados a escasos 400m.

Hotel looks we're disappointing, cleaning staff disturbing room and inisisting on staying, small variety of breakfast especially if paying for it, bathroom tiny especially shower, expected more for what I paid, not worth the price

rooms were very comfortable and good size compared to other properties in Amsterdam, the shuttle bus to the ferry is a great service, equally, the journey to the ferry is just a short bike ride away
we booked the hotel for it's proximity to Ceuvel Cafe - unfortunately, due to extensive roadworks in the area, what should have been a short 5 minute stroll was more than doubled the rooms are ok, but nothing special. Once you're inside the big yellow box there's nothing to distinguish it from hundreds of other chain hotels - overall poor value for money

Hotel fuori Amsterdam, comodo per chi arriva con l'auto e la può lasciare al parcheggio. Collegato al traghetto con servizio navetta efficiente. A noi il viaggio in traghetto (10/15 minuti compresa la navetta) è piaciuto moltissimo, era come arrivare in città insieme a chi ci vive

From the central station this hotel is 3 minutes by ferry and about 10-12 minutes stroll from the centre of everything, it is a peaceful hotel with staff that could not be more helpful and friendly, top marks for a really warm welcome though it was well after midnight by the time we arrived.

Enjoyed our stay very much and the hotel was to our expectations.

The staff were very friendly and the free shuttle bus is a bonus. The breakfast is great for the start of the day. We asked for this to be included prior to our visit. Although the hotel is not in the centre it is ideal for a city break.
Can be a little noisy early morning when crew are leaving. ( doors banging)

Purtroppo ho avuto uno spiacevolissimo inconveniente che ancor oggi a distanza di un mese dal mio soggiorno non è stato risolto. Mi sono trovato addebitato senza autorizzazione sulla mia carta di credito 37,00 sto aspettando lo storno ma pare che anche in Olanda la colpa non sia di nessuno e la palla rimbalzi da tutte le parti. Quindi anche se lo standard di NH è molto buono devo sicuramente dire che il comportamento in questo caso è PESSIMO!! Unfortunately I had a most unfortunate incident that even today after a month since my stay was not resolved. I was charged without authorization on my credit card 37,00 am waiting the reversal but it seems that even in the Netherlands is not the fault of anyone and the ball rebounds from all sides. So even if the NH standard is very good I must definitely say that the behavior in this case is AWFUL!!
