NH Schiphol Airport offers comfortable accommodation and a wellness centre near Schiphol Airport. Whether you have to catch a flight or need a few days of rest, this NH hotel is a practical choice. Free Wi-Fi is available in all areas. The hotel has cosy rooms that have a bath and coffee and tea facilities. You can choose a comfortable pillow from the NH pillow menu. Make sure you visit the wellness centre with its indoor swimming pool, fitness area, sauna and Turkish steam bath. It also features a whirlpool. You can also play squash and tennis. Restaurant Gusto serves breakfast as well as international cuisine throughout the day. The open-plan Meeting Point restaurant serves drinks, lunch and dinner in an informal setting. The Point bar shows sports events whilst serving drinks and snacks. NH Schiphol Airport is a 5-minute ride away from the airport. Shuttle service from and to the airport is offered, free of charge. From Schiphol, there are direct train connections to the RAI congress centre, the World Trade Centre and Amsterdam.

Please note that the hotel offers a shuttle service between the airport and the hotel, free of charge. The shuttle service will drive from 06:00 until 23:45. One child under 12 years old may stay free of charge in their parents room if the room size allows this. Please note that a security deposit of EUR 50 per night per room is applicable. This deposit needs to be paid upon arrival and is fully refundable after check-out, provided that no damaged were made to the accommodation. Please note that it is not possible to place extra beds in the triple room.

Room is clean and modern
Free shuttle is too small; You have to book it from the hotel to the airport, but staff did not tell us in advance; If you do not book it in advance, you might wait for a long time. Sauna room is quite small, rest area is also awful, very small pool; no shower in the room, less TV channels compared to other hotels. Internet is slow

Average location with poor service

When in large group, they were accommodating to our needs.
Shuttle to/from airport needs to be of higher frequency or larger shuttle. Many times we were made to wait for next shuttle. Double standards practiced. Told me twice that everyone need to be seated when in shuttle, thus forcing me to wait for next shuttle. Others times, they allowed others to squeeze in. Once our room is not even cleaned and they questioned me as if to push the blame to me for the lack of service.

Bathroom needs updating. Corridors had a strange odour which other guests also noticed. Food and drink rather pricey.

Good service (when you actually got to the desk). Well worth the cost.
Reception was one of the slowest I have experienced. Good service, but the waiting times were at times just too long. Card payments experienced several outages during the stay.

very cold rooms and bad service

I waited a lot at the reception for checking. When I entered to my room, it was very cold because of a problem in the air condition. So I asked the receptionist to find a solution or to change my room. However, they did nothing, hence I contacted with the manager. After this, they changed my room. But unfortunatelly, this new room was also cold. To settling my room took more than 3 hours.

A great place next to the airport - and a free shuttle service!

The staff was very helpful and kind. The hotel is real close to the airport and they even offer a free shuttle service! The bed size was indeed extra big as promised, which made it easy for three of us to fit there. The room was nicely big, too, and pleasently quiet. I'm considering staying at this hotel next time I go for a business trip, too.
Some minor renovations and improvements of the halway would make this place really shine! The carpet felt a little old, and the lighting in the side halways was a little dim compared to the main halway. Neither of those was a big deal, though.

Prima hotel, zou er zeker terug komen.

Het ontbijt was echt top, wat een uitzoek. Zag er allemaal netjes uit. Wellness was heerlijk alleen jammer dat er zwemles gegeven werd tot 12.00 uur op zaterdag daardoor kon je eigenlijk niet zwemmen.
De bedden vond ik een beetje hard. Ik had een wondje op mijn been wat ik niet had gezien. Het bloed was op laken terecht gekomen. Na 2 dagen hadden ze het laken nog niet vervangen.

- Room size was good - Gift shop was nice
- The bed sheets was dirty - There was only 2 receptionist and the place was crowded of people, in each line maybe 8 person waiting and that was so bad - No desk to order taxi or private car we have also wait for the busy receptionist - They didn't allow us to use the swmming pool and they said there is a private lesson !

We overnachtten in gerenoveerde kamer. In alle opzichten uitstekend (bed, toilet, douche, kluisje, minibar, ruimte, comfort, hygiene) Personeel behulpzaam. Prima voor vliegpassagiers.
Geen shuttle bus voor vroege reiziger (vóór 6 uur)

There is a McDonald's opposite to the hotel.
Door viewer did not have a latch, people inside were easily visible from outside. Door chain was missing. I could hear every flight taking off from the run way so could not sleep properly. Corridors of Floor#2 looked too old.

Room was nice. VERY big for just one person
The room door was broken. Staff at reception eemed too busy to bother or care. HAD to wait 25 mins to register then another 25 minutes while housekeeping eventually sorted a manual key to my room as the electronic lock was broken. Then hd to wait in for maintenance to come and fix it. COULD have been avoided if offered another room but like I said reception staff didn't seem bothered at all

Unhelpful, unsympathetic to fix their mistake!

Almost missed our flight due to incompetence and misinformation at desk. The check-in clerk told us the airport shuttle ran every 15 minutes, no problems, just come when you need it. At check-out to take the shuttle at 07:45 we learned not only that it ran only on the half hour but also that the clerk should have told us to pre-book. The next several runs to the airport were fully booked. The morning staff were at first unbelieving then merely unsympathetic. It was 100% their error and they really did not try to resolve the problem. We had to get sympathy of a shuttle driver and his other passengers to squeeze on a later shuttle. Also the hotel is a bit further from the airport than advertised. Maybe that promoted travel time is as the crow flies, which is not helpful when humans must travel by highway twists and further exit locations.

NO GIFTS

Everything -- the room, lobby etc -- was neat and clean.
The night before our return flight early the following morning, we wanted to buy some souvenirs at the hotel's gift shop, which, according to the sign on the door, was open at 6 p.m,. everyday. Well, it wasn't open that evening at all and the hotel staff was very indifferent. When asked when it will open, one said:Who knows?" While another put if off by saying, That's not our problem....it's not a hotel operation" (but it;s in your lobby!)! Well, it never did open and we returned home with no Dutch gifts.
