solo per la zona.....

la posizione ottimale per tutto, la prima colazione
al mio arrivo l accoglienza non e stata un granché!! avendo preso un appartamento fuori dal complesso mi dovevano dare delle info d'ingresso tipo come usare la cassaforte (ho pravo da solo ma niente) 2) per quanto ho speso la prima colazione non era compresa bene l'ho giunta, 3)se vuoi prendere la bici a noleggio per un ora il pomeriggio non ti conviene il noleggio e sempre un tariffa fissa!!! ma per i clienti anche gratis no? 4) ancora la caparra che mi hanno preso non e stata rimborsata sulla mia carta !! velocità eccelsa!!! 5) frigobar vuoto!! (meno male, perché se consumavi ti chiedevano un mutuo. 6) le pulizie non sono tutti i giorni ma ogni due giorni!!!

localizacion, banos, amplitud, gimnasio, personal, todo excelente!!!!
Creo ellos deberian de informar que apartamentos no tienen elevador, especialmente si uno va a pisos mas altos. Algunas veces viajo con mi madre que ya es Octogenaria y un piso mas alto hubiera sido muy incomodo para ella. (En este caso no hubo ningun inconveniente.) Tambien yo tenia mi reservacion y podia cancelar o cambiar hasta cierta fecha. Yo trate de cortar un dia (antes de la fecha) y la computadora no me permitio hacerlo. Escribi in correo y aun no recibo respuesta. Creo esto es mas bien problema de Booking.com porque paso igual con el hotel de Paris. Se toman varios dias en responder, o no responden del todo.

Las habitaciones tipo apartamento están en un edificio distinto al hotel. Sin personal que controle el acceso desde la calle (solo llave-tarjeta). Calle ruidosa y llena de bares. El tamaño del apartamento es reducido, prácticamente es una habitación mediana. Los baños necesitan reforma. Demasiado caro para lo que ofrece. No esta al nivel de lo que se espera en un NH Collection.

L'arredamento dell'appartamento, la struttura, la posizione dell albergo.
Troppe scale senza ascensore. Nessuno che parlasse italiano. Prezzo troppo alto rispetto alla qualità del servizio. Pulizia delle stanze superficiale.

Apartment is not connected to hotel - totally different locationall together

Here's the deal... The 'apartments' are in a totallydifferent building - not even attached to the hotel. You have to leavethe hotel, go around the corner, across the street, then up severalflights of teeny tiny stairs and no elevator. The apartment is then 2floors itself with an even tinier staircase. This was in no way going towork for over a weeks stay for business. The apartment had 4 very smallareas split between both floors. I asked immediately to change and for aroom in the actual hotel. They were very accommodating (I've stayedat the hotel before) and the hotel itself is great. Have no idea howoften they rent the apartments. Would never do it.

the location is absolutely great , in center of town , in the middle of action . The staff is very kind and polite , in August , Amsterdam is a real place for vacation .
The beds were actually just some metal frames with rigid mattresses , the sheets were other dimensions than neccessary , the windows we kept open support in the beer cans because they had no opening system, radiators are old paint skinned, carpet chewed and discolored, curtains hang at the windows. I paid 156 eur / night but only location worth this price. For the rest, a fair price would be 80 eur per night. In a stay of seven nights I had only twice apartment cleaning and once bedding changed . Website photo's obvious that these things not seen. Only in China had happened so.

Wonderful Amsterdam

right in the middle of everything, near central station, restaurants, bars, red light, coffee houses---
if you want quiet might not be the place for you. it is a walk up so if you can't walk up flights of stairs...The kitchen stove and food warmer, could not really figure it out.
