NH Den Haag is less than 15 minutes’ walk from Den Haag Central Railway Station. It has elegant bedrooms, a 24-hour reception and a café-bar with TV. Free Wi-Fi is available. Prima uitgebreid ontbijt en erg vriendelijk personeel in restaurantgedeelte.
Badkamer gedateerd en niet erg groot. Onduidelijke en onvolledige uitleg bij inchecken. Borg van 150 euro werd niet vernoemd maar bleek wel op de creditcard-reservering te staan. Op zondag kwamen wij om 17:00 uur terug op de kamer en was deze nog steeds niet schoongemaakt. Dit werd overigens keurig opgelost met een gratis kopje koffie.

Heerlijk weekendje weg

De locatie is ideaal. De tramhalte is op 2 min lopen en het centrum op een steenworp afstand. De kamer was lekker ruim, het ontbijt is goed gevarieerd en het personeel is vriendelijk.
De bedden zijn naar onze smaak iets te hard maar een hotel kan natuurlijk nooit iedereen tevreden stellen daarmee, denk ik.

An expensive but convenient stay

The room was very clean with a luxurious and spacious bathroom. The location was great, only one stop by tram from Den Haag Central Station. There are supermarkets (Albert Heijn) nearby for those who don't want to pay for breakfast. Nice and kind stuff. Overall, it was a nice stay.
I booked a room with one large bed and we got two single beds. I requested a nice view if possible, but we could barely see anything. The heating system was a bit problematic and the room didn't get as warm as it should.

Erg mooi modern en strak hotel, duidelijk een NH hotel. Ruime parkeergarage onder hotel, halte ov voor de deur (5 minuutjes naar hartje Den Haag). Erg vriendelijk personeel. Kamers zijn geluidsrustig, matras was precies goed (niet te hard/zacht). Uitzicht vanaf de 19de etage is pluspunt!
Ik vind het altijd minder als de douche niet apart is (maar in het bad). Geen deur tussen badkamer & slaapkamer, dat is wat minder als je met vrienden onderweg bent.

Modern hotel, in good condition, very convenient location. Friendly staff who were quick to help and apologise for all the hotel policies are not at all respectful towards their clients.
We chose this hotel over others in The Hague because they said we could have a double bed. We arrived in our room to discover that it was not a double, two single beds. When we asked the reception about it, they told us that, they may offer the option, but they cannot guarantee that you will have it when you arrive in the hotel. They never sent any messages to let us know that the double bed will not be available. Had we known, we would have cancelled our stay there. They offered to give us an upgrade for 30, instead of 35 euros. The upgrade would include a larger room, parking, bathrobes and slippers and a free bottle of water of 500ml. We arrived in the upgraded room to discover that there was only one bathrobe and one pair of slippers, so we had to ask for the second one. Also, the sheet has a hole on it. We complained about both the morning after our first stay and we got a second bathrobe and new sheets that, as we discovered later, also had a hole on it. Also, the free bottle of water was a one-off. The advertised wifi was extremely slow and you had to pay extra if you wanted faster internet, although, to be fair, a lady from the reception offered to delete the charge from our bill in the end. We didn't make use of it anyway. To top it all off, when checking out, we were told that the 5 euro discount on the upgrade was only for the first night. Bonus disrespect of clients' wishes: when filling in the necessary form for the check in I checked the box that said tat I DO NOT WANT to be part of their rewards programme, only to receive minutes later an email welcoming me to the hotel's rewards programme. We will be avoiding the nh hotels from now on like the plague.

Ik werd onwel en moest snachts naar het ziekenhuis. De nachtreceptie was erg behulpzaam en regelde alles. Hij hield me goed in de gaten en gaf me een veilig gevoel wat fijn was omdat ik alleen reisde. Verder erg fijn hotel. Goed schoon en netjes

klantenservice, klacht doorgegeven omtrent de airco. hier is niks aan gedaan. Bij de checkout nogmaals aangegeven dat ik had gebeld hierover en nog steeds geen terugkoppeling. klantenservice is ver te zoeken in dit hotel.

Eigentlich alles gut
Bis jetzt hatten wir 3 Zimmer im NH Hotel, in allen Zimmern 1-2 Lampen defekt. Im Restaurant war die Sofasitzflache an mehreren Stellen aufgerissen.
