About Novotel Santiago Vitacura

Located in the elegant Vitacura district, Novotel Santiago Vitacura offers modern accommodation and free Wi-Fi. It is close to the large Parque Arauco Mall. Free parking is possible on site. The bright and air- conditioned rooms are designed with large windows. All include LCD TV and a work desk. The rooms are soundproofed and the bathrooms feature a bath and a shower. Facilities at the Novotel Santiago include a heated indoor swimming pool and a hydromassage tub. The Spa & Wellness Centre features a sauna and provides massage services. A total work out can be done in the hotel´s gym. The Santiago Vitacura is less than 3 km from the Casa Piedra and only 5.5 km from Espacio Riesco. It is a 20-minute drive from the Airport. Valle Nevado Ski Centre is less than a one hour drive away.

Pets are admitted with a surcharge. LOCAL TAX LAW. Based on local tax laws, all Chilean citizens and resident foreigners must pay an additional fee (IVA) of 19% To be exempt from this 19% additional fee (IVA) the payment must be made in US dollars and a copy of the immigration card and passport must be presented. The passenger won't be exempt from this fee when paying in local currency. In case of no show the invoice will be billed in local currency, including this additional fee (IVA). This additional fee (IVA) is not included in the hotel rates and must be paid seperately.

El servicio de limpieza de la diaria se realiza muy tarde. En una oportunidad llegué a mi habitación a las 14 hs pm y aún no lo habían limpiado.

Excellent breakfast, good position and value. Meals in restaurant good. Hotel clean and nice smiling faces.
Restaurant service could be a little better and the male waiters were a bit "off" The female, waitress however first class. But do not let that put you off! Would recommend

Hay mucho ruido en las noches, no se pueden apagar los extractores de aire de las habitaciones y suenan como turbina de avión, los cuartos son muy pegados y suenan las otras habitaciones. Imposible descansar

El Hotel esta' ubicado en un barrio residencial muy cerca de restaurantes y negocios de gran calidad, además de los malls importantes. Un entorno muy chic. Respecto al personal muy atento y servicial. Las habitaciones cómodas y limpias.
El baño separado. Se podría haber ubicado el inodoro en el área del toilette para una higiene comoda. La ropa de cama resulta muy pesada. Se podría contemplar mayor liviandad por la época del año.

Es el primer hotel en el mundo donde me atienden desde afuera del hotel a travez de una puerta. Que no me dieran solución al problema de la reserva. Que nadie pida una disculpa por lo sucedido.

local super conveniente, os quartos da frente possuem vista para a cordilheira... muito bom. Achei sensacional o conforto de mesmo tendo de sair as 4 da manha para pegar meu voo e o hotel já disponibilizava café da manhã. Pude sair com café da manhã. Otimo !!
Acho que os quartos estão precisando de um retrofit. Uma renovação. O valor cobrado pela diária está começando a ficar caro em relação a decoração.

Boa localização, equipe sempre disponivel e atenciosa, check in e check out rapidos, bom café da manha e excelente academia.
Cama poderia ser mais confortável e banheiro com areas separadas entre vaso sanitário e lavatório/chuveiro fazem o uso pouco prático.

Staff members were polite and helpful. Location is good if you plan to go up the mountains.
The toilet room is not in the bathroom and has not a place sink to wash hands. That means if you use the toilet, you have to go to the bathroom to them wash your hands (if your roomate is not taking a shower...)

Localização boa. Bairro tranquilo. Próximo a grandes restaurantes e shoppings (menos de 5km). Custo benefício muito bom! Quarto simples, mas limpo e bom para um casal. Tivemos problema com o frigobar logo que chegamos (vedação dele), mas prontamente nos ajudaram a resolver.
