Hotel muy normal, algo caro para lo que se ofrece

Está bien. Tiene parking limitado pero gratis. La recepcionista atenta, me cambiaron la almohada porque la que ponen es altísima. Tranquilo y silencioso..
El desayuno es normalito .. la tortilla fría y sosa y no hay muchas opciones.. el zumo no es natural. En general no es nada especial, muy básico... me esperaba algo más por 80 euros la noche. Absurdo que tenga piscina y solo la abran en verano, más aun en Canarias con 20-25 grados todo el año.

Inicialmente nos alojaron en una habitación pequeña, que daba a un patio interior, no me suele pasar, pero en esta ocasión hasta me entró un poco de claustrofobia. La chica de recepción, muy atenta nos ofreció un cambio, nos enseñó dos habitaciones a elegir una de ellas daba al exterior y era un poco superior. Nos dijo que no había cargo extra por alojarnos en esa, pero que supiéramos que por las noches se escuchaban ruidos. Aún así la cogimos, y bien. Había un ruido como de deshague o ventilación, pero bien. Destacar que sólo pasamos una noche, fue de paso!
Destacar que los váteres no tienen precinto de limpieza, y parecía no muy limpio... Dispensador de gel roto.

Het ontbijt was heerlijk en goed verzorgd. Op vrijdagavond laat zingt er in de bar van het hotel een spaanse zangeres met een stem zelden zo gehoord. Zij hoort thuis op een veel groter podium.

La cama y almohadas excelentes puesgo que tengo problemas de espalda y cuello. El personal amabilísimo.
El parking era muy pequeño y no se encontraba sitio para aparcar en el al llegar de noche.

No funcionaba el aire acondicionado. Lo informé varias veces, al final fue un operario, hizo lo que pudo pero nunca llegó a funcionar. No pudimos dormir del calor que hacía en la habitación.

Desayuno equilibrado. Fruta muy bien, cereales, embutidos, etc. Bien
Habitaciones pesimas en cuanto a insonorización. Se oye absolutamentetodo, desde el televisor a las conversaciones y los ruidos de la calle.De madrugada tuvimos que llamar a recepcion por estar rodando muebles,oyendo agua caer y bastante bullicio, pero no hicieron caso al conserjey este tampoco puso mucho interes. En definitiva, no pudimos descansar.Hasta que no subsanen la insonorización dude que volvamos a este hotel.

El personal y ubicación
La insonorización, se oye todo, la calle, vecinos... La limpieza de los baños tampoco nos gustó demasiado, ni el tamaño de las habitaciones, son bastante pequeñas. La reforma en las fotos parece mucho mejor que en la realidad.

Nice rooms, good location, free parking (however limited spaces), nice breakfast buffet.
The swimming pool is only open for 3 months in the whole year and during those months it is only open for a couple of hours per day. Such a shame and we would have love to used the pool, but we were off season (read only July, August and September are in the season)
