The staff were very polite. Free beer for residents on a Saturday! Delicious breakfast. Comfortable bed and electric blanket. Swimming pool will be great in the summer. Lovely gardens.

Ok for short stay

New Owners are keen to improve this aging facility. The privacy of the gardens for the one bedroom cottages gives it a lovely country feel.
The Inn needs updating- it is basic but adequate and with some tlc it could become a very cosy stop over.

Overall ambiance! The fireplace and lots of wood! The breakfast was good.
The glass shower screen is too small so the whole place gets wet!! Please redo the shower!! The top floor is very squeaky - noisy!! TV quality was poor!

Loved the friendly staff and the warm beds, as well as the convenient location. Maureen was lovely. Loved listening to Max the donkey, breakfast very tasty.
Bar next door was a bit noisy late in to the night but only on one night, the rest were quiet.
