About Palazzo Villelmi

Set on the northern coast of Sicily, Palazzo Villelmi is only 150 metres from Cefalù’s beaches. It offers original frescoed ceilings and a terrace with panoramic sea views. A buffet breakfast includes both sweet and savoury food. With free Wi-Fi, air-conditioned rooms, either annex or part of the main building, feature a flat-screen TV and tiled floors. Most rooms have a balcony. The private bathroom is complete with a hairdyer. Some rooms overlook the sea, and some are set in a nearby annex. Apartments are 100 metres from the main building. In the surroundings, there are several shops, cafés and restaurants. A bus stop with links to the town centre is less than 100 metres from the Villelmi.

Roof terrace overlooking Cathedral piazza.

Awful sewer smell that emanated from toilet and shower areas. No ventilation to these areas. Receptionist said it was a current problem but reading back through the reviews it has been a problem for years!!.

The panoramic view from the rooftop terrace was amazing! Location was very central just opposite the cathadral main square. But the downside is you will hear music playing and people singing out loud. Thats what I experienced from my single room on the same floor as reception. Could not sleep at all due to the loud music until they stopped around midnight. Room was clean and tidy, though there was a wierd smell which I could not figure out where it was from.. As for breakfast I did not have the chance to try it because I left early in the morning to catch a train at 8:50am so unable to comment. Staff were very friendly and accommodating and helped me carry my heavy luggage up to the third floor.

Roof top terrace was great. Very central location, close to shops and restaurants. Elisabetta was very welcoming and helpful. Spoke excellent English which was good for us as our grasp of the Italian language is limited

Super zentrale Lage

Tolle Dachterazze für alle wo man sein Frühstück selber hochtragen darf was sehr abenteuerlich ist das die Treppe sehr schmal ist. Tolle Lage , direkt am Domplatz, sehr freundliches Persinal

Das Zimmer hat nach Ammoniak gestunken als wäre die ganze Flasche ausgekippt.

Stadt-Strand-Dom - alles vor der Tür

Super gelegen, direkt am Dom mitten in der Stadt Kurze Weg zu Strand und Restaurants. Auch der Bahnhof ist zu Fuß in 10 Minuten zu erreichen. Elisabetha und Vincenzo (die Kümmerer) sind absolut hilfreich und freundlich, super Englisch. Frühstück auf der Dachterrasse ist den Aufenthalt schon wert!

Colazione sul Duomo. Incantevole

Estremamente centrale con vista sul duomo dal terrazzo su cui si fa colazione. Molto affascinante il tramonto seduti a guardare il duomo. Stanze ampie. Staff cordiale e disponibile. Ripeterei la scelta

Non è possibile raggiungere la struttura con l'auto (almeno nel mese di agosto). Non è ovviamente un difetto della struttura, che gode di posizione eccezionale, ma solo una considerazione da fare per avere consapevolezza sulle caratteristiche di una permanenza a Cefalù

Voyage en plein coeur de la ville avec ces avantages mais aussi ces inconvénients !

La situation en plein centre de la ville ! Le petit déjeuner complet et convivial ( petite table ) l'établissement typique dans son architecture ! La terrasse sur les toits superbe !

Pas de parking et à Cefalù il est très difficile de se stationner !! L'établissement est situé dans une rue très passante , de ce fait les nuits sont vraiment bruyantes, personnellement je n'ai pas beaucoup dormi..

Struttura in posizione ottima con vista sulla piazza principale. Io e le mie amiche abbiamo alloggiato una notte ma ci siamo trovate benissimo :camera spaziosa e pulita, disponibilità del personale e una bellissima vista dalla terrazza panoramica che ci ha incantate! Super consigliato!!

Très joli B and B au centre de Cefalu.Chambre spacieuse et confortable. Possibilité de profiter d'un petit déjeuner en terrasse avec vue sur la cathédrale et la mer. ce qui rend ce moment idyllique! Merci à notre hôtesse pour sa disponibilité et son efficacité.

Optimum location. The small room located just below the terrace was overpriced

Loved the location & would rate it a 10. Little terrace & views were amazing. The proprietor was lovely. I loved the comfort, presentation & facilities of the other rooms when I requested to be shown around. I would return if I could be accommodated in the rooms located on the same floor as the breakfast room albeit the lengthy amount of stairs required to be negotiated with luggage

The tiny room was located on the highest level in the building just below the terrace which was v difficult to access with suitcases. Hardly any room for suitcases/ bags in the room. Air conditioning thank goodness was operable & the tiny bathroom was clean. Considerable amount of noise emanates from the piazza below. It should be made clear that this room is difficult to access with luggage & at 100e p/n it was too expensive ( no fridge; little space for luggage; average b/ fast )- 75e p/n would be more appropriate given that the proprietor mentioned that the larger/ airier & well equipped rooms were charged out at 120e p/n during the same period.

Wunderschönes Gebäude aus dem 16. Jh. im Herzen der Altstadt. Wahnsinns Ausblick von der Dachterasse.

Sauberkeit war ok - ich war allerdings auch schon in saubereren Unterkünften ;)

Location is excellent. Strong wifi connection. Basic breakfast but enjoyable.

The room had a weird smell, I couldn't figure out where it was coming from. Outside noise was almost unbearable late at night when trying to sleep from the restaurants/ bars in the square.

Vivere Cefalù con la libertà e serenità di chi si sente "a casa". Cortesia, disponibilità e discrezione. A disposizione tutto quel che può servire per un tranquillo soggiorno (colazione completa, camera spaziosa sempre ben pulita e rigovernata,wi-fi,aria condizionata, risposta pronta e cortese ad ogni pertinente necessità o richiesta), in un palazzo storico in pieno centro con suggestiva vista sia sul duomo che sul mare. A chi cerca un B&B viene offerto tutto quanto promesso e anche di più...
