About Park Hotel

Park Hotel is set in the high-end district of Oud-Zuid right next to the Rijksmuseum, and 500 metres from the Van Gogh museum and lively Leidse Square. It features rooms with high-tech essentials, a gym, in-house parking facilities and boutiques. All rooms are elegantly decorated and have a private bathroom. Some rooms have large windows that enable a light atmosphere and provide views of the Amsterdam scenery. The award winning MOMO Restaurant, Bar & Lounge offers Pan Asian dishes with a contemporary accent and a relaxing spot to relax. Please note that breakfast is free of charge for children up and including the age of 2. Children between 3 and 11 years old receive a 50% discount on breakfast. From 12 years on the breakfast price is equal to that of an adult. Please note that children up to 2 years old can stay in a baby cot or in existing bedding. Please note that this is based upon availability and needs to be requested. Children from 3 years old need to stay in extra bedding, based upon availability and room type. Children up to 11 years old can stay free of charge, from 12 years on the full amount is applicable. Only the Junior Suite offers space for an extra bed upon request. Reservations for children between 0 and 12 years can only be booked in a Triple Room / Junior Suite. Please note that the security deposit is €50,- per night if paid with credit card. When paid by cash it is €100,- per night. Payment of the deposit needs to be done upon check-in. This amount will be refunded upon check-out provided that no damages are made. Please note that if guests would like to book breakfast after booking their reservation, breakfast will cost EUR 23.50 per person per day. Please note that bike rentals are available for EUR 16 for the first day. Each following day it is EUR 13.

bon accueil mais chambre trop petite non conforme aux photos

le petit dejeuner bien que très honéreux est parfait, la chambre propre et moderne , salle de bain aussi,personnel fort agréable que ce soit à l'accueil ou au petit déjeuner, toujours aimable et souriant, c'est le point positif de cet hôtel, avec sa situation, très bien situé
la chambre ne correspond pas à la description faite, ni à la photo sur booking,avons l'impression d'être moins bien traités que les autres clients,déçus cette fois d'être passés par booking, par ailleurs literie avec matelas bien top mou et ce dans les deux chambres réservées, pour rappel j'ai réservé 2 chambres pour ma famille, au dernier étage, avec ascenseur qui n'arrive pas à la chambre, semble être un grenier aménagé ! demandez tout sauf le 5eme étage côté rue,

The staff were really lovely and the lounge bar was really lovely. Room service was good too.
The beds were very uncomfortable I had to put the mattress on the floor the first night then they put boards under the mattress. They wouldn't let me change my booking even though they had space. So I had to pay for a night I didn't need. As the dates we were in Amsterdam changed to the 24th to 27th. I even called the hotel to see if I could change. So inflexible. I had to do the same for my Paris accommodation and they let us change the date. Because of this I won't be recommending the Park Hotel

Das Frühstück war wirklich lecker, aber leider auch sehr teuer.
Leider sind Einzelzimmer nie so schön wie Doppelzimmer. Ich hätte gerne ein richtiges Badezimmer gehabt. Und nicht zwei Boxen für Toilette und Dusche. Auch ich habe Urlaub und möchte mich wohlfühlen.

Le personnel est d' une amabilité et serviabilité exemplaire; bravo et merci. Pour le reste , un hôtel " moderne" dans le bon sens du terme , très agréable et fort bien situé. A conseiller.
Le prix ; cela semble cependant être le cas de nombreux hôtels à Amsterdam pour les week-end........

the location of the was awesome, just few steps from Leidseplein, Vondelpark and Museumplein. The room was compact, comfortable bed.
The room was a bit small, the bed was extremely soft (might be an issue for some) and the sound isolation between rooms was not that good, we woke up several times due to the housekeeping next door. And the room price was super-expensive (typical Amsterdam thing though)

After flight delay & no show pre-booked taxi, got to bed 3am. Management tried 3 times to enter our room - error showed it empty! No sleep and no compensation!
