About Park Plaza Victoria Amsterdam

Park Plaza Victoria Amsterdam is located in a historical building opposite Amsterdam Central Station. It features an indoor pool area, sauna facilities and a fine-dining restaurant with city views. This 4-star hotel offers well-appointed guest rooms. They are decorated with warm colours and large windows. Each room has a private bathroom with a bath or shower, air conditioning and coffee/tea facilities. After a long day, guests can make use of the complimentary facilities offered at the Victoria Active Club. Here they can enjoy a massage in the beauty salon or take a dive in the swimming pool. The restaurant serves an extensive breakfast buffet and lunch for groups. Park Plaza Victoria Amsterdam is situated at walking distance from Dam Square and the Royal Palace. Schiphol Airport is just 15 minutes by train and 20 minutes by car.

Please note that a refundable security deposit of EUR 75 is authorized upon arrival. This deposit is used for damages and extras taken in the hotel. The hotel will check the validity of the credit card at the time of booking, which may include a pre-authorisation of EUR 1.00. If the credit card is proven to be invalid, you will have 24 hours to provide the hotel with a new valid credit card. Your reservation will be cancelled if you fail to provide a valid credit card within 24 hours. The credit card holder must be present upon arrival with the credit card used for the booking. If a third party credit card is used, a Thirdy Party Payment authorisation form must be signed by the card holder. The signed form must be completed and returned to us no later than 8 days prior to arrival. There is a maximum amount of EUR 500 per reservation. Please note that different terms, conditions and policies, which may include pre-paid deposits, will apply to group bookings of more than 9 rooms. Our groups team will contact you following your reservation. Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Agréable mais attention aux petites mauvaises surprises

Nous avons eu un double lit collé l'un à l'autre . L'un des deux matela était creux et usé. C'était dommage car l'autre était très moelleux.
La première nuit la piscine était chaude . Par contre le deuxième jour elle était froide il n'y avait pas de raison de ne plus pouvoir en profiter !! J'ai payé 195€ la nuit quand même .

La situation de l'hôtel était excellente et le personnel très aimable et souriant. J'avais demandé une chambre au calme et mon désir a été pris en compte. La chambre était de bonne taille, pas mal d'espace. Il y a deux ailes, peut-être que la Urban Wings aurait été plus confortable.
La chambre était cependant vieillotte et le lit dur . Et la salle de bain était petite, le néon au dessus du miroir ne fonctionnait pas. Il n'y avait pas assez de pression dans la douche. J'ai dû réclamer un sèche-cheveux. J'ai mis le chauffage le matin car il faisait frais et la femme de ménage avait laissé la climatisation après son passage !

Great hotel, brilliantly located to central Amsterdam.

Easy check in, clear price guide for any extras. Room was immaculately clean and cleaned daily. Great central location with great transport links. Staff were very informative from finding us a great restaurant to storing our luggage on our final day. Hotel restaurant was also very reasonable priced for great quality food.
Sometimes a little noisy but to be expected due to its central location.

Great location for shopping and night life. Reception staff were very friendly & helpful
We were unlucky with the room we got there was no day light because we had half a window, which didn't effect us too much as we we're out all day. The staff on the lunch area were very slow with the food and drinks.
