About Paseo de Grácia Apartments

These apartments boast a highly privileged location close to the beautiful Passeig de Gracia, one of the main and the most elegant streets of the city. The apartments are all situated in a modern building equipped with a lift. The building was built in the early twenties of the 19th century and was completely restored in 2004. These elegantly furnished one bedroom apartments have all modern facilities and a beautiful balcony overlooking some of the main central streets of Barcelona. The area has plenty of fashionable restaurants and cafes and elegant shops and is a few minutes' walk from some of Gaudi’s most renowned creations.

Reception opening hours are from 10:00 to 20:00 and check-in hours from 15:00 to 20:00. If you expect to arrive after the office is closed at 20:00, you must call during the property's office hours to let them know your arrival time. This way they will be able to organize check-in at the apartment. Late check-in will have EUR 40 extra charge. Check-in after 01:30 is not possible. Cleaning: Stays of a minimum of 8 nights include one free change of towels and bed linen midweek. Extra changes of towels or cleaning services are available for a supplement. Group bookings: For reservations of more than 3 rooms, a prepayment is required: once the reservation has been made, the property will contact you to agree on the payment method. Please note that a baby cot has a surcharge of EUR 40. Please note that the check-in and key-collection take place at: Carrer Ferran, 11 - Mezzanine Floor - 2, 08002 Barcelona. Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Super Lage aber Preis/Leistung nicht ganz im Gleichgewicht

Die Lage ist seht gut.
Teilweise war das Appartement sehr heruntergekommen ( z.B. Türgriffe fas alle locker oder herausgerissen und nur notdürftig repariert ). Teppiche sehr schmuddelig. Heisswasser ist schnell aufgebraucht.

l'appartement est confortable avec des chambres donnant sur l'arrière . la terrasse permet de prendre les repas à l'extérieur avec 5 personnes. la climatisation fonctionne très bien.
l'appartement est situé prés des grands boulevards et Barcelone est une ville très vivante, jour et nuit.....

Checkin demanded unnecessary non secure disclosure of credit card details. Check in was also very slow. Air conditioning didn't work TV didn't work. Apartment for 8 but cutlery and crockery only for 5

Overrated appartment.

The location is pretty good
The bedrooms are 7 sqm and 5 sqm and have no air. We had to sleep with the doors opened so the air conditioning from the living room could bring some air to the bedroom. The air condition broke after the second day because was very old and it took 2 days and 4 phone calls for somebody to come and fix it.

A really comfy armchair. Nice Coffee machine/sachets. Spacious. good size table.
No aircon in bedroom, Check in was really difficult with young family in tow (lift only took 1 luggage item at a time - no people) & check in stairs were too narrow to carry large luggage up.

La situation géographique.Très bon accueil lors de la remise des clés au bureau.Intervention rapide du gardien pour la climatisation,mais réparation non suffisante. ...
La climatisation fonctionnait très mal et n était présente que dans le salon. Appartement mal équipé et très vieillot. Immeuble très bruyant à cause des allers et venus des autres vacanciers

La ubicación del dpto muy buena.
Muy mal trato del personal de la oficina. Llame desde el aeropuerto porque el avión se atrasó y me dijeron que hasta las 8 y media no podía entrar al dpto. Llego un chico que de muy mala gana subió a mostrarme y además nunca me arreglo la caja para poder dejar el contrato. Al final cuando una de nosotras quiso dejar las valijas ya que el avión salía tarde fue a llevar a las oficinas las mismas y el trato fue muy malo! Casi que no podía dejarlas. Me parece fundamental tener mejor servicio como un front desk donde haya alguien a quien preguntarle las cosas.

Das Apartment an sich war gut, der Service aber sehr schlecht. Keine Rezeption vorhanden. In unserem Aufenthalt von 3 Tagen wurden wir 2 mal aus dem Zimmer ausgespeert, da aufeinmal die Chips (schlüssel) nicht mehr funktionierten!!! Mussten dabei über eine Stunde warten bis jemand kam und uns aufmachen konnte!Das 2te mal speerten sie unser zimmer da wir kein Depot abgegeben haben, obwohl dies nicht verlangt wurde bzw auch das ganze keine Rezeption hat und man dies gar nirgends erledigen konnte!

For money that we paid for this we could have stayed in a better place.

The place is near Main Street with a lot of shops and restaurants
The apartment is ok but lacked some basic stuff such salt and pepper. We stayed at two other apartment before we got to Barcelona and they provided most of basic kitchen stuff. The tv stations with exception of one Chantal are all Spanish and Dutch which we could not watch. The furniture were ok needed to be replace.

位置非常棒！离格拉西亚大街只需要5分钟步行时间，步行去往巴特罗公寓、加泰罗尼亚广场以及兰布拉大道都很方便。公寓有一个大露台，除了适合朋友一起喝喝酒聊聊天，也方便衣服的晾晒。公寓餐具很齐全，自己做饭也很方便，美中不足就是没有准备一些简单基本的调料。

El departamento es muy bonito y la ubicación es excelente, a unas cuadras de plaza Cataluña, Las Ramblas, etc.
El calentador de agua es muy pequeño. Nosotros éramos 4 adultos y no nos alcanzaba el agua caliente.
