Beautiful property in lovely setting. Excellent dining room with great service.
Internet needs to be improved. Even though we were on holiday, we still needed to connect for business and it was unreliable.

Quite expensive for 1 night.

A lovely hotel with our room being overpriced for its quality.

3.95/5.0
The staff were charming. The lounge, bar and restaurant were beautifully renovated. Plenty of good quality towels provided. Comfortable bed and good bed linen. The breakfast on the first morning was very good.
The attic room has not yet been renovated and although a lovely size, the wardrobe wouldn't close without using a hook. The chest of drawers had handles missing. The carpet was frayed and the bathroom very dated and rather tatty. Breakfast choice on the 2nd morning of pancakes was not good. They were thick and heavy and really not edible.

The hotel in the old building was very comfortable and the meals were excellent.
That our room was an attic room but that may be entirely our fault for booking late and getting the last room available

Good hotel for a weekend in Pembrokeshire...........

4.60/5.0
Very friendly and courteous staff. The building has character and is located a short walk from the beach. It is about 30 / 40 minutes walk from the Hotel to Tenby along the beach. Both breakfast and dinner were of high quality.
The hotel has no facilities in terms of a gym/ pool, etc but does have a nice garden

A most lovely Guest House in Southern Wales

5.00/5.0
The property is beautiful! The staff was always so pleasant and helpful with our requests. The dining area, as well as all other areas, was very elegant. The breakfast consisted of juices, a fresh fruit assortment, yogurts, muesli, and other cereals. A hot breakfast is also offered, and one can order it to suit one's taste. Evening meals are served every evening, and can be delivered to one's room upon request. We definately plan to stay there again one day, and have already suggested it to some of our friends!
Every moment was perfect!

Excellent country house hotel close to Tenby

Good views. Excellent dinner menu. Gluten free friendly. There was some confusion over our booking which may have been a Booking.com cause which resulted in us being upgraded !

Views from the room, friendliness of the staff and a wonderful sense of comfort and and relaxation. The hotel was very quiet - all lovely.
The duvets were very heavy and hot for the time of year for us but that's a personal thing.

Amazing building and very homely, comfortable hotel.
No shower in room as we were in the attic room so that's understandable.

Everything was really wonderful. We had the most spacious and beautiful room that we have ever had. The view of the ocean and cliffs from our room was unspeakably beautiful. We cannot say enough good things about this hotel. This is a 5-star diamond of a hotel.
