Benalmádena Principe is around 200 metres from Benalmádena Beach, on the Costa del Sol. The modern resort features an outdoor swimming pool open in summer. Each air-conditioned apartment features a plasma-screen TV, private terrace and sofa bed. The bathroom comes with a shower. Kitchens include a washer-dryer, kettle, microwave and dishwasher. Other facilities at the property include a 24-hour reception. The complex is around 15 km from Málaga Airport.

God udsigt fra altan. Stort køleskab med fryser. Fin pool. Gode og brede senge.
Hårtørrer virkede ikke. Der var ikke internet - kun mod betaling 5 euro pr dag.

Ubicación y todo bastante nuevo. Habitación del apartamento bastante amplia.
La limpieza a la entrega se podría mejorar. Un mueble de TV más estrecho le vendría mejor ya que el salón quedaba demasiado estrecho al abrir el sofá cama.

Clean, comfortable, and beside shops, restaurants and the beach. Great value, and the staff are always keen to help you enjoy your stay, we asked for extra pillows, and within 15 mins, they were delivered to our room, asked for a sea view, and on all 4 occasions we were given a sea view..would highly recommend this hotel, and will also visit again next year..
Would like the hotel to have some entertainment on a few nights a week.

We really loved the apartment , very central to lots of fab restaurants & bars & very clean. The apartment was spacious & good value for money.Your a 5 mins walk from the beach and a lovely 25 min stroll to benalmadena marina. some recommendations for food/drink - best steak: Horizon. best Indian :mint leaf. Best Chinese: oriental palace. Best brekkie : Shakespeare Highly recommend antons & the belfry for drinks:)
The pool area is laid out funny in that the sun loungers are crammed together. They certainly don't police the sunbeds which is a shame (why do ppl leave their Towels for hours on end??) there was no lifeguard & if I was with a toddler the kids pool is by the deep end of the adult pool !!! with no barrier. Our apt didn't get any sun from noon

Apartments are nice, there is big balcony. Swimming pool is good.
They cleaned room only one time for 6 nights and even then they didn't add toilet paper, soap and shampoo and we bought from supermarket.

La cocina está completísima. Hay un regulador del aire acondicionado para el dormitorio y otro distinto para el resto del apartamento. La cama es muy cómoda.
Tener que pagar suplemento por guardar el coche en el parking.

Corridor carpets could be replaced, rather grubby. Occasionally a smell of sewage in corridor in the morning. Lifts took a long time to arrive to 5th floor!

The view from our room- 904 was amazing.....sea to the right and mountains to the left and a huge balcony on which to admire it on
Had a problem with our toilet on our last night....constantly running but not flushing this was not sorted until 11.15am of the morning we were leaving and so we had to use a room on the 6th floor for toilet facilities....not ideal

Städning borde vara mkt bättre. Dålig säng. Gamla slitna möbler. Bra snabb wi-fi var inte gratis utan 20€/v

bit expensive for what it is

Pierre et Vacances are good quality apartments with good facilities but I wouldn't stay again. I think the apartments are well suited to young families on a budget or groups of 20 somethings. Air con is good. Kitchen is good. The washing up pack is good. Shower is nice and powerful. Fresh towels available. But no beach towels. Beach is a short walk. It's all fine actually, just that the sofa bed was a bit small for two 15 year old boys to share, and taking an extra apartment was a huge extravagance, you can have a hotel room with half board for two people for the same money. The hotel we moved to had a bigger pool and nicer grounds, large bedrooms, huge bathrooms and food included, making the apartments seem an inferior and expensive option. Just work out your budgets carefully. Having said all that it's nice to have a lounge area to sit in and a table to sit at, which the hotel rooms don't necessarily have. Rooms overlooking the pool are better, higher up is better and rooms to the right of my pic get the sun for longer, that is the beach end of the block.
The carpets could have been cleaner in the common areas. Some of the furniture is a bit tatty. The pool area is quite small in the height of the summer. The fake grass isn't that inviting. Lifts are slow. The vending machine 'bites'. The washing up pack could include some washing machine detergent. But the local Mercadona does a pack of 10 automatic tablets.
