Retro oder Vintage?

Sehr schöner Blick von den oberen Etagen auf den Strand und die Bucht/Berge, aber nur, wenn man die großen Palmen hinter sich hat. Strandnähe, Ort wehr gut. Personal sehr freundlich, bis auf wenige Ausnahmen, Terrase schön mit Blick auf den Strand, nicht weit in den Ort, eine Renovierung der Zimmer ist dringend notwendig! Zimmer sehr sauber.

Zimmer mit super Blick leider so klein, dass kein Wohlfühlgefühl aufkommen kann, es fehlt "die Luft zum Atmen", sehr kleines Bad mit Badewanne (!!!) und Duchvorhang (!!!), Zimmertür und Safe mit Schlüsseln (!!!), kein Kühlschrank, kein Bademantel. Frühstück ausreichend und gut. Leider kein annehmbarer O-Saft. Abendessen kann man gut in der Umgebung einnehmen, aber o.k., wenn HP gebucht. Kein jugendliches Publikum, so gut wie keine Abendunterhaltung. Ober an der Bar sehr grimmig. Geschäftsführer/Inhaber immer beim Frühstück und Abendessen vor Ort und nicht sehr freundlich.

Het was een prachtig groots complex, het volwassenen gedeelte was ook zeer prettig.

Enorm jammer was dat vanaf vrijdag 28 oktober de eetzaal aldaar (volwassen gedeelte) gesloten werd en wij de laatste dagen naar de andere eetzaal moesten. Hier stond 's avonds een enorme wachtrij en het werd hierdoor enorm massaal. Jammer, vooral omdat het complex tot 5 november open is. Ze hadden het andere restaurant niet moeten sluiten, hierdoor waren onze laatste twee dagen wat eten betreft als een stuk minder ervaren.

Gentillesse du personnel ,qualité de la restauration et de la literie.

Propreté des chambres ( moustiques écrasés sur les murs par les précédents locataires , murs ou mobilier défraichis), sol carrelé alors qu 'il était précisé marbre à la réservation pour chambre premium , odeurs nauséabondes persistantes dues j' imagine aux fosses septiques, tarif excessif des boissons aux repas et aucune carafe d' eau disponible.

S y perdre un peu entre le lieu dodo Êt les autres lieux Que le restau dédié à mon espace finalement soit fermé ... Êt m obligé à aller beaucoup plus loin et m obligé à attendre... pour avoir de la place... La plage ... pas vraiment exploitable mais je le savais et le redis... Peu de panneaux indicateurs pour trouver cet Hotel ! Un peu trop grand à mon goût ! Pas significatif de cet île.. pas de charme !

Le cadre superbe et la tranquillité de l hôtel, le SPA récent , la terrasse de la chambre et l amabilité du personnel

La chambre 204 villa ALBA ou nous logions mériterait un rafraîchissement... Le restaurant est plutôt une cafétéria avec des serveurs expéditifs qui débarrassent votre table à peine vos couverts posés et dans un vacarme dont on se passerait en vacances.

Die Anlage ist sehr schön angelegt mit kleinen Teichen, Wiesen und Bäumen. Zwischen den Häusern der Anlage ist genug Platz, den auch die Wasservögel aus dem umliegenden Naturschutzgebiet nutzen. Die Wohnungen sind zweckmäßig eingerichtet und bieten ausreichend Platz für die Gäste. Hervorzuheben sind die guten Matratzen, die fest und bequem sind. Spa, Pool- und Fitnessbereich sind neu gebaut, für das Schwimmtraining gibt es ein 25-Meter-Becken mit drei Bahnen.

Ein Teil der Wohnungen liegt direkt an der vielbefahrenen Strasse zwischen Alcudia und Port de Pollenca. Durch die Nähe zum Naturschutzgebiet sind sehr viele Stechmücken unterwegs. Fliegengitter an den Fenstern und Türen wären hier angebracht. Auch die Sauberkeit könnte etwas besser sein.

La piscine principale n'est pas chauffée. Une zone adulte inaccessible pour nous (3 adultes et un enfant)..donc pas de restaurant ni de SPA :( Endroit bruyant (route en bordure de l'hotel) Le parking est trop petit...obligé de se garer à l'extérieur

Välplanerad anläggning. Bra att halva området och boendet är barnfritt. Fint bemötande när man går in i restaurangen. Oslagbar mat!!!!! Jag är vegetarian, de hade massor. De pressade juicer av olika frukter varje morgon

De skulle nog satsat på att byta lakan efter halva vistelsen, känns inte bekvämt att ha samma lakan en vecka på ett fyrstjärnigt hotell.

Zimmer etwas abgewohnt. Sehr oft Kanalgerüche? Zimmer an der Strasse, eigentlich nicht zu bewohnen. Zu laut und zu teuer! Tennisplätze, Boul und Putting-Plätze vergammelt. Viele Stechmücken. etc.

Insgesamt eine schöne Anlage mit kleineren Einheiten. Abwechslungsreiches Frühstück mit viel frischen Obst, das aber leider meist nicht reif war. Täglich frische Smoothies. Spa-Bereich klein aber fein. Insbesondere der Meerblick aus der Sauna hat überzeugt. Ideal nach einem Sport-Tag. Guter Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge, insbesondere Alcudia ist ein sehr schönes Städtchen.

Schimmel im Badezimmer und Schlafzimmer. Extrem feuchtes Zimmer, durch die - eigentlich schönen - Teiche viele Stechmücken, daher kaum Lüften möglich. Enten im Pool werden vom Personal toleriert, insbesondere in einem Pool haben sich deren Exkremente während das ganzen Aufenthaltes gehalten. Also lieber ins Mietauto und Umgebung und Strände erkunden.

Frühstück- und Abendbuffet waren mehr als reichhaltig. Es gab englisches Frühstück mit Porridge, Pankakes, diversen Eierspeisen und Würstchen, mediterranes Frühstück mit frisch gepressten Smoothies, 5 verschiedenen Obstsäften und frischem Obst und europäisches Frühstück mit Aufschnitt, Müslisorten, Brot, Brötchen und süße Teilchen und vieles mehr. Das Abendbüffet war ebenso vielfältig: Fisch, Schweinefleisch, Geflügel, Lamm und immer 2 vegetarische Gerichte und täglich etwas Besonderes wie z.B.frischen Serrano Schinken oder Lammkeule e.t.c. Das Publikum war altersgemischt und international (Engländer, Holländer, Deutsche u.a.), Alleinreisende und Familien, sportliche Biker und Kitesurfer und Faulenzer. Das Personal ist ausgesprochen freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Anlage ist weitläufig , sehr grün und sehr gepflegt. Hinter der Anlage liegt ein kleines Naturschutzgebiet. Ich hatte einen Leihwagen, aber es gibt auch eine Bushaltestelle und zu anderen Stränden einen Shutteldienst.

Der kleine Strand ist direkt jenseits der Durchgangsstraße Allcudia-Pollenca, die natürlich etwas laut ist.

La qualité du buffet, très varié et de bonne qualité. Le personnel toujours aimable et souriant, très efficace. Un grand merci à Francisco Javier serveur au restaurant "adultes", aux petits soins des clients . Le spa et ses équipements, gratuit 1:30 par jour pour les cleints Booking.

Le manque de place de parking en fin de journée. L'inconfort de la literie (matelas usé).

Alles ziemliche Massenabfertigung. Persönlichkeit fehlt. Alle Anfragen wurden zwar abgearbeitet, aber ums Eck wird nicht gedacht. Es gleicht einem sehr günstigen (und eher schlechten) copy von Robinson. Nur eben ganz ohne Persönlichkeit.

Das Essen war prima. Preis Leistung ist total ausgewogen. Die Anlage ist super gepflegt. Der Spa sehr schön. Die Poollandschaft sehr schön angelegt. Durch die Nähe des Naturschultzgebietes ist es nach Hinten raus sehr ruhig.

Die Zimmer sind sehr in die Jahre gekommen und klein. Bei schönem Wetter kein Problem, aber wenn es regnet kann es sehr kuschelig sein. Der Spa ist auch nur für Erwachsene, so dass bei schlechtem Wetter die Kinder schlecht zu bespaßen sind.

Angenehme Anlage mit ungeheuer reichhaltigem und gutem bzw. auch gesundem (wer möchte) Frühstück. SPA & Fitness-Bereich sind super, ausreichend gross und gepflegt. Zimmer sind OK, die Möblierung könnte mal einen neuen Zeitgeist eingehaucht bekommen...

Leider ist das Buffet (Abend) ziemlich international (kulinarisch durchschnittlich) und lässt regionale Küche vermissen. Schade, wo man doch so leckere Gerichte in Spanien / Mallorca kennt....
