Put the door card in for the room to be cleaned. Bedding only for changed: floors not hoovered bathroom floor not moped dressing table not polished. Shower was extremely poor boiling one second freezing the next

Над чистотой можно поработать. Странное расположение части с номерами и ресепшн.

Wir hatten leider ein Zimmer im. Keller und der Ausblick war von unten gegen eine Hauswand. Sehr sehr klein das Zimmer.

Laute Türen auf dem Korridor. Bis 2. Uhr Nacht. Blick von Fenster an Entlüftugsleitung. Schwer zu Beschreiben. Um Zähne zu putzen, musste ich die Tür offnen. Schiebetür der Duschkabine unkomplet. Das Bad war immer voll Wasser. Glassbrett in Bad schreg, unbrauchbar.

la literie confortable et la situation au centre d'amsterdam
la taille minuscule de la chambre, juste de quoi faire le tour du lit, la situation au rez de chaussée avec le théâtre mitoyen qui range ses décors dans des camions dehors jusqu'à 2h du matin, et les fêtards qui bavardent la nuit à quelques mètres de la fenêtre, pas beaucoup de possibilité de dormir vraiment

Bed was comfy.
although we were only sleeping and getting ready there the room itself was far too small for 2 people. The bathrooms smelt( we even had to ask to change room and was even considering buying something from a shop to make it smell better). In the room we stayed there was a great big chair which took up the majority of our floor space which was a pain.

Woudn't stay here again!!!

Size of room. Balcony unusable because of rain water. First room toilet would not flush, so changed room. Second room curtain hanging off rail and toilet seat not secured. Wake up call 20 minutes late. Bed never made during stay, nor glasses for water washed or replaced. Access via steep flight of stairs. Stained carpet. Electrical adaptor too loose for socket, so didn't work.

Don't save money with this Hotel. It is not worth it

Die Lage ist sehr gut.
Das Zimmer war unbeschreiblich winzig, das Bett so in eine Nische gebaut, dass Person A über Person B klettern muss, um es zu verlassen. Dabei ist die Höhe der wenigen Einrichtungsgegenstände (Garderobehaken, Bett und Ablagen im Bad) eindeutig nur für sehr große Menschen gedacht.

The beds were so comfortable, the staff were really nice and a great help. And the location was perfect! Central to everything!
The shower went from hot to cold to roasting to luke warm to freezing. There was black spots around the windows.

There was one staff member who was extremely rude!!! Having come out from the rain at 3:30 am there where a few morning pastries and tea that I wanted. Well the front desk person who very rude in saying to me, no I couldn't have it. I want need to come down Omar 8:00 am. I explained that I wasn't feeling well and needed some tees. I was told me that I would need to pay for it! I stated that I was staying in the penthouse room, so money wasn't an issue, but why do I need to pay , when I am already a paying guest? It's only Tea! He said to me, and these are his exact words"don't play me for a fool. I have cameras watching me, and you can't take this"! Also my business cards where deliver d there and lost by the staff!!! Also, if you get there before your check in time, they will not accommodate you earlier. But the penthouse room is really nice. The location is excellent, near the Central of the town. Apple Store and fashion stores near by.
You need a better staff!!!
