Staff extremely helpful and friendly - multilingual. Location near museums and canal walks - possible to avoid overcrowded main tourist areas. Near good bakeries, cafes, restaurants.

Pour qui aime visiter les musées la situation de l'hôtel est vraiment pratique
Bonjour les chambres en sous sol, une véritable catastrophe, c'est vraiment abusé, ma chambre possèdé un soupirail masqué par un rideau qui donné sur la rue près de l'entrée de l'hôtel non seulement j'avais le bruit des gens qui restait à l'extérieur pour parler rire bruyamment mais en plus l'odeur des mégots que les gens jetait dans l'espace du soupirail et comme nous sommes à Amsterdam ce n'ai pas seulement des odeurs de cigarettes, mais de joints. Mais ça le fait que l'on vous donne une chambre au sous sol on vous l'annonce au dernier moment.

O café da manhã é bom, poderia fazer parte da diária. A equipe foi muito atenciosa, nos ajudou com boas informações e a localização é boa.
Não tem elevador e ficamos no terceiro andar, subir aquelas escadas com todas as malas......Mas valeu o custo benefício.

El desayuno estaba bueno, pero lo mejor del hotel es el personal, que es muy atento y son todos muy simpáticos.
El hotel no tiene ascensor, estábamos en un cuarto piso con las escaleras empinadisimas... llegábamos a la habitación sofocados. Por otro lado, cogimos la habitación económica y no tenia ni armario, ni cajones ni ningún sitio para guardar la ropa. Además, solo contábamos con un ventilador, no tenía ventanas. La cama eran dos camas pequeñas pegadas. La ubicación es bastante mala, lo mejor es alquilar una bici para llegar al centro. Está cerca del Vondelpark y los museos.

excelente ubicación, a metros del vanderpark y del bus que te trae del aeropuerto. a 15 min en bici del centro. habitación amplia.
la habitación entera es toda improvisada, un solo toma de electricidad y está ubicado detrás del respaldo de la cama (que no se puede mover) así que se tiene que correr la cama tirarse al piso para poder conectar el cargador del celular. la tele apunta a la pared. 3er piso por escalera con 2 maletas grandes llenas, las escalones de la escalera bastante angostos, hasta que llegas al 3er piso y directamente hay que practicar alpinismo.

Basic hotel in the city centre, next to a lovely park and residential area. Just round the corner was a street with a great vegan restaurant.
Both me and my partner were bitten by insects overnight while in bed. The breakfast didn't look up to much for €10 (we didn't have it as plenty of other options around hotel)

La habitación , tenía ventilador , no tenía aire acondicionado , era muy pequeña y encima el lavabo estaba fuera de la habitación !!!! Muy mal además de todo esto, no tenía ni ventana !! Sólo una trampilla en el techo !!

Очень приятный и услужливый персонал!!! Хоть и не все знают англиский, но на языке жестов всё понятно было, главное от души))) Место расположено просто отлично, в самом центре! Цена вообще супер, тем более для такого расположения!
Простыни не знаю на сколько чистые, но на них пятна, может не отстироваються... Полотенцы тоже оставляют желать лучшего. И выдают по одному только. С общей чистотой в комнате тоже не вау, бегали мокрицы... Вместо одеяла были простыни только, прохладно под утро...
