The attractive R2 Rio Calma complex is located next to the beaches of Costa Calma, southern Fuerteventura. It has 2 swimming pools, beautiful gardens and a range of dining options. Dobry hotel - na uboczu

Hotel przyjemny, obsługa na recepcji włada językiem polskim (pracują Panie - Polki). Nie otrzymaliśmy pierwszej nocy pokoju z widokiem na morze (pomimo takiej rezerwacji) - w zamian za to otrzymaliśmy w rekompensacie obiady, także miło ze strony hotelu, ze wyszli z inicjatywa. Pokoj pierwszej nocy był tragiczny mówiąc stricte o położeniu - gdzieś na samym dole, w podziemiu z widokiem dosłownie na nic :) (piętro 1, dosc mylące), także warto wybrac pokoj z widokiem. Recepcja jest na 6 pietrze, gdyż hotel położony na wzgórzu. Na poziomie 3 baseny i restauracja. Jedzenie bardzo dobre, bardzo dobre świeże soki, owoce morza, jak na tydzien czasu brak nudy. Piękna roślinność i baseny. Czyste i eleganckie pokoje.
Brak zejścia do normalnej plazy, jest tylko sztuczna. Hotel na uboczu i do plazy w Costa Calma idzie sie 20-30 minut, zależy jakie kto ma tempo. Większość urlopowiczów to wiek 60+ ;-) także my przed 30tką czuliśmy sie odrobinę nieswojo. Kelnerzy bardzo sie starają, ale jest to ogromny hotel i nie wyrabiają sie z nakrywaniem stołów - codziennie szukaliśmy sztućców, bo na stole ich po prostu nie było. Ogólnie wyjazd udany, chociaz drugi raz nie mam pewności, czy tam sie udamy z uwagi na odległość od Costa Calma i plazy - raczej to dobry hotel dla emerytów siedzących na miejscu.

DAS Gäste die über ein Reiseveranstalter kamen bevorzugt wurden.Alle Gäste die nach uns kamen durften sofort ihr Zimmer beziehen wir mussten 3 Stunden warten.jeder bekam ein willkommens Drink wir nicht!Keine 4 Sterne wert.Essen kalt..schmutzige Tischdecken..Stühle im freien voll mit Vogelkot...unfreundliches Personal..Rezeption ganz unprofessionell. Geschirr gekläpper bis 24.00 direkt vor unserm Balkon.Nie wieder in dieses Hotel

La piscina estupenda, la playa artificial está bien. El servicio de habitaciones normal, camareros correcto. El Spa está muy bien. Los cocteles por la noche muy bien, tanto en el piano Bar, como en la terraza.
Almohadas inadecuadas y fuera de toda lógica, tuvimos que pedir unas normales, que nos proporcionaron de inmediato. El agua caliente de la ducha, va y viene, no sabes cómo regular, bastante molesto. Limpieza de habitación muy tarde. Desayuno correcto, sin nada especial. Comida de sobrantes de la noche anterior y alguna cosa nueva para rellenar, repetitiva y sosa. Cena solo correcto, adecuada a los clientes extranjeros, no ponen marisco, ni carnes de primera, nada de asados todo plancha, algunos guisos aceptables. Los postres muy simples, pastelería básica, flanes de polvos, helados de bar barato, fruta normal. Algo para mí importante y que se merece una corrección inmediata, uno de los jefes de sector en el restaurante, llevaba una faja de espalda por encima de la camisa y con rastros de sudor a la vista de todo el mundo, debería ponerse un chaleco por encima.

The buffet was very good and changed daily. There were always fresh fruits, lettuce and vegetables available. The hotel itself is very nice, with a special architecture and a great multi-level pool design and nice coast trails. There is no sand beach at the hotel, but many within an adequate walking distance. The location outside of Costa Calma may be for the better or the worse, if you are not there to party, it's nice (go out for a night walk under clear sky).
In contrast to the rest of the buffet, the dessert buffet was very uncreative and unappealing. But, hey, one doesn't go to the Canary islands for the buffet, right? The walls are not soundproof at all, so your night rest relies on the neighbours and there's no inside storage room for bikes, which meant we took the bikes to our room.

Très agréable séjour en février avec nos 2 enfants de 11 et 17 ans. Cuisine très variée, grillades viande et poisson tous les jours. Les piscines extérieures sont magnifiques mais vraiment trop froides en février (non chauffées). On apprécie bien le Spa qui est très sympa, pas très grand mais largement suffisant. On a eu la bonne surprise d'avoir le Spa ouvert aux familles (enfants à partir de 5 ans) tous les mercredi et samedi matin. Les enfants ont été ravis

le cadre, les équipements, la chambre bien équipés, nourriture à améliorer faire moins mais avec de la qualité
le personnel de service des repas trop bruyant, le système de buffet n'est pas du gout Français, faire deux services car les personnes ne mangent pas toutes aux mêmes heures en Europe. Ne pas faire payer l'eau au repas. Autre chose nous avons remarquer que les clients réservent le transat piscine en mettant leur serviette et parfois ne sans serve pas alors que d'autres personnes n'en ont pas, pas très fairplay. notre hôtel suivant le Barcello Resort de Caleta de Fuste surveille et ne l'autorise pas
