I loved the room, especially as I was upgraded to Madison Suite from the regular club room. Huge corner room with awesome views. Bed was comfortable and everything in there you need. Staff are fantastic from front door to reception to lounge to cleaning. Nothing too much trouble and genuine pleasure to deal with them. Bar is good for drinks and the food in the Club Lounge was always nice. Really fantastic hotel to stay in and enjoyed my stay a lot.
Pool needs cleaned more often and more chlorine put in it, it's filled with leaves and insects (alive and dead) and the water is ICE cold to the point it's uncomfortable to swim in especially on the cooler SP days where the sun isn't out. Shower could have a little more pressure but it wasn't a big deal.

A localização é otima, com várias opções de restaurantes e barzinhos. A estrutura do hotel é muito boa: Lobby agradável e funcionários bem atenciosos. Recomendo incluir café da manhã na diária. O quarto é bem silencioso.
Na minha opinião foi tudo perfeito. Voltaria com certeza.

Gostei bastante da estrutura do hotel e atendimento
Nao gostei da forma de segurança deles implicando que convidados do hospede tivesse que fazer cadastros ao entrar, também teve o fator de limite de recepção no meu quarto sendo que era uma acomodação enorme, isso me fez nao ter vontade de me hospedar

As acomodações são confortáveis e o café da manhã é bastante farto. O estacionamento incluído também é bastante conveniente.
Achei descuidada a manutenção dos banheiros e ao reservar pelo booking teria direito a 1 voucher de 100 reais para consumir no hotel; isso nunca foi concedido a nós...sentimo-nos lesados...

O que já esperava que teria que ser bom. Local, instalação em geral.
Falta de sincronia no atendimento. Cobranças extras exageradas por tudo, estacionamento, café da manhã no quarto, etc. pobreza de estilo e sofisticação. Hotel bom para excursões e executivos nada exigentes. Tentativa de agradar, mas sempre escorregando em coisas básicas. Banheira suja, spa "frio" e sem alma.
