Rotterdam Marriott Hotel offers elegant rooms with modern facilities in the Millennium Tower, directly opposite from Rotterdam Central Station where a number of trams and metros also depart. Rotterdam’s main shopping area is less than a 5-minute walk away and free WiFi is available throughout the property. The 230 spacious hotel rooms feature views over the city’s skyline. Each room is air-conditioned and equipped with amenities such as a 42” flat-panel TV, high speed internet, a minibar and tea and coffee making facilities. Rooms feature a marble bathroom with a separate shower and luxurious toiletries. A 24/7 hour gym is available for guests, as well as valet parking. The hotel’s new bar and restaurant Pillars has recently been opened in the lobby on the ground floor. Breakfast is served in the Brasserie on the first floor, featuring views over Rotterdam Central Station, on weekends and holidays until 13.30. From Amsterdam Schiphol Airport it only takes guests 25 minutes by train to get to Rotterdam Central Station, and from there just a 1 minute walk to Rotterdam Marriott Hotel. Rotterdam-The Hague Airport is located at 10 minutes driving distance from the hotel. International trains such as the Thalys (2,5 hrs from Paris), Deutsche Bahn and Eurostar all arrive at Rotterdam Central Station. Locatie
Temperatuur in de kamer. Te warm, benauwd nadat de airco was uitgezet. Er had een rooster oid in het raam moeten zitten om wat frisse lucht door te laten. Wastafel was onappetijtelijk met vlekken en kringen in her marmer. Water in de douche liep slecht weg. De bar die vroeger op de eerste was, was veel gezelliger dan de open ruimte in de hal met tocht vanwege de buitendeur.

De doorgang naar de Doelen bleek gesloten bij terugkeer van de Nacht van de NRC om 01.15. Dit zonder waarschuwing vooraf! Lastig.

Le lit, les oreillers étaient très moelleux. Une chambre magnifique, très propre.
Trop peu de produit pour se doucher pour un couple. Nous avions eu un peu froid dans la nuit. La communication est un peu compliqué en tant que français qui ne parle pas la langue, ni l'anglais.

Die Ausstattung war nicht auf dem Niveau wie Sie hätte sein sollen. Das Mobiliar war alt und eher auf dem Level einer Jugendherberge. Die Nachtischlampe hat nicht funktioniert. Die Oberfläche neben dem Waschbecken war fleckig. Aus Erfahrung weiss ich, dass andere Räume nicht so sind. Daher hängt es stark vom individuellen Raum ab.
