Unfortunately you cannot change the stairs but it was like climbing a ladder. Had to remove the toilet rolls from the wet room before using the shower although it looked lovely.

Bathroom sink very small, no shelves to put things on. Side light would be good.

Room is small, but this seems to be a standard for Amsterdam for such prices.

There wasn't anthing to not like! Just things that couldnt be helped much and would have been the same in most hotels! Especially during the ADE and AMF that we were there to attend ourselves! We were on the top floor and the stairs were really steep (4 flights of them) so it was a little work out. There is a lift but its slow! Does the job but if you needed the toilet youd be quicker taking the stairs! We went during AMF and ADE so expected it to be busy etc the only thing was that some other guests where extremely noisey ie loud music and with the walls being so thing the music drowed out our TV :( but after about 30 mins someone must have complained as hotel staff did knock and ask them to keep it down which was great :) The shower water temperature was pretty cold even though the tap water was scortching wasnt sure whether it was due to them being fully booked or? I found myself usinh the hairdryer to warm myself back up before exiting the bathroom

Room was quite small, stairs are super tight and lift takes ages to go from one floor to the other.

O quarto estava muito quente mesmo no inverno e a água que saia do chuveiro não era quente o suficiente. Apesar de ser bem localizado, o hotel fica longe dos pontos turísticos noturnos (necessário pegar taxi ou uber).

Horrible lighting for doing your makeup had to pull the mirror down and put it where the window is. After it got dark there is no chance to do your makeup. Very dark room

I took the 'small room', which was way cheaper than the other rooms. Well... it was... SMALL. like, REAL small. however, this does not mean it was not ok. nor that I could not know or expect it (after all, I did book a 'small room'). The room was super clean and beside the size, nothing wrong that I can think of. Overall, a good experience.

Floors in the bedrooms could be cleaner but I think that's down to the choice of floor covering rather than cleaning

Das Zimmer war sehr klein!!

Nulla di positivo;stanza al primo piano lato strada super rumorosa con finestre che non si chiudevano bene,bagno senza vetro in doccia (bagno sempre allagato dopo docci)cuscino super scomodo e costo troppo alto per nessun servizio. Mi dispiace ma non ci ritorneremo. Pagati 250 euro 2 notti ladriiii

The stairs are very steep and narrow but no problem as lift is available.

Really small niggles- for the coffee machine in the room, only 1 pod each per day and the paper cups unfortunately leaked. Just a little thing but would have been great if the cups had been better and maybe offered more than one hot drink per day each. Also as the trip was a surprise for my partners birthday, I'd emailed the hotel ahead to ask if they could put some champagne in our room which I would have paid for. Unfortunately they didn't acknowledge the email or supply the requested stuff. This was a shame.
