Offering 4 swimming pools, 3 bars and 5 restaurants, this complex offers to its guests a variety of food and drinks, as well as entertainment options. Each room at Serhs Natal Grand Hotel features a balcony with sea view, air conditioning, a minibar and a TV. Private bathrooms include a shower and a hairdryer. Vende-se diária de quarto com vista para o mar, quando na realidade vê-se apenas uma fresta de um pedacinho do mar por trás das plantas. Quarto sem qualquer privacidade de varanda...uma pena

La integración cuidada con el mar (con una buena ayuda de la Naturaleza...), que es más importante aún comparando este item con los otros hoteles cercanos (cuyos sectores de playa tenían bolsas de plástico con arena, residuos de materiales de construcción, muros de cemento rotos/emparchados, etc. ); la ecoaldea de chicos; la propuesta zen del sauna... y mas.

Staff were wonderful and the breakfast was good.
Breakfast was very busy and had to que a lot. Our room was a no smoking room but the people either side smoked in their room and on the balcony which meant we had a constant smoke smell in the room which was unpleasant.
