The 4-star Sheraton Amsterdam Airport Schiphol has direct access to Schiphol International Airport and is only 20 minutes by train from Amsterdam city center. It includes a gourmet restaurant and modern fitness facilities including a sauna. The 407 sound-proofed rooms include flat-screen cable TV, modern décor and a minibar. Each room benefits from a Sheraton Sleep Experience, including a duvet and hypo-allergenic pillows. Lisse, featuring the Keukenhof gardens, is a 20-minute car journey from the hotel. Die Unterkunft war den Erwartungen entsprechend ausgestattet und bot vor allem ein äußerst bequemes Bett. Zusätzlich ist die praktische Lage zu erwähnen. Man ist innerhalb von 15-20min direkt im Zentrum.

Normal hotel attached to terminal. Very convenient when you need to take early flight. After complaining about the internet costs they removed the charges.
The internet. When you want to log in than you get an option for paid internet (19 Euro). Apparently there is a free option but it is hard to find. Internet should be free and at normal speed. I only use this hotel when I cannot avoid it.

prima kamer, helaas moesten we te vroeg op voor een van de eerste vluchten vanaf Schiphol om van het ontbijt gebruik te kunnen maken.
vervelend dat bij het inchecken een creditcardgarantie afgegeven moest worden, terwijl het volledige bedrag van de kamer al was betaald.

We splurged at the end of a 2 week European vacation, including a week on a Danube river cruise. Wanted an ACTUAL King size bed (not 2 small ones pushed together) and wanted the convenience of being at the airport for a morning flight the following day, instead of something cheaper further away, and then dealing with the hassle of getting transport to and from the airport. Its a Sheraton. It's expensive. We did spend 60 euros to upgrade,which included WiFi, a full breakfast, and allowed us access to the business floor lounge which had hot and cold snacks and drinks, and we managed to fill up on that so didn't need to go out for dinner. Good shopping in the train station. Easy check out next morning and just walk over to the airport

De locatie is fantastisch! Zeker als je met openbaar vervoer aankomt. Geen geluid van buiten te horen. Comfortabele kamer en badkamer inclusief bad.
Het geluidsoverlast wat er zou kunnen optreden komt van de gang.

Aunque es buena idea tener máquina de café en granos en el corredor, hace falta una cafetera en la habitación.

Impersonal hopeless computer system to check in . Exhausting to go through the whole process, to stay a consecutive night. No one to greet us at the door. An intercom . Struggle with your own luggage and directions to find your way to reception up on level 1. No atmosphere. No wow factor. No plants. No warmth . Very distant staff from your booking details. No communication. Exhausting to gain info. Room cleaning service after 22.00 hrs afer requesting. Should not have to request for basic servive/towels. Overly priced booked delux room. No kettle. No tea and coffee. Disgraceful for the money paid.
