清潔方面可能需要加強 棉被一拿起來都會有灰塵在飛 床頭上面的板子有積許多灰塵 希望這點能注意一下

早餐豐盛，登記住房時櫃台人員貼心的幫忙補充愛吃的糖果，感覺佳。入住的房型室內寬敞，有木頭地板、藤椅輕巧好移動。室內陽光充足，浴室寬敞、洗手檯也很寬裕，雖然只有一個水龍頭，但兩人同時使用恰好（據說庭園飯店和名流飯店廁所格局不同）。電視還貼心提供HDMI延長插座（可惜沒提供連接自己攜帶設備的線），若喜愛收看日本節目的話，還提供BS、NHK....等5、6個日本台（不是5星）
因為有豐盛的早餐，熱門時段人數偏多時需要候位，若自己時間沒抓好遇上滿座，會影響到規劃行程，被套上仍有- 頭髮，書桌跟小茶几有小螞蟻，可以看出房間略有歷史，朝西的房間下午進房時略悶熱，浴室有小小的段差，有部- 分地面水泥的拼補痕跡明顯。電視大小和房間大小不相稱（電視顯得小了）、部分國內和日本頻道不夠清晰。只有- 騎樓下的車位，蠻好奇未來臨近的停車場蓋好後有沒有辦法改善免費停車但車位不足的問題。

因為有個小寶寶，飯店又沒有提供嬰兒床，想要兩件毯子，前一天就打電話去問，服務人員就是堅持只能要一件，- 棉被也不能要。感覺很不好

早餐菜色豐富多樣，房間雖然不大，但乾淨，整體感覺裝潢俱日式旅館的細緻。寢俱舒適。 浴室熱水水力足，溫度夠熱，乾濕分離，還有花灑。 櫃台人員服務主動熱心。

櫃台服務人員搞不清楚訂房資料... 一開始還說沒有...... 隔天退房還找不到發票給我... 重點還忘記讓我簽信用卡帳單... 重點是一進房看到水壺裡面還有毛巾.... 跟客服人員說，也一付沒有想要賠償的意思~~

地点非常的棒！离新竹火车站和sogo还有城隍庙都很近！基本走路5分钟都能到。出酒店门还能看到东城门，住在这里免去了很多赶路时间。酒店服务员很nice，check in 后把我们送到房门口。最后走的时候还帮我们叫计程车～感觉新竹的人都非常的热情友好。房间很新很干净，浴室有浴缸也有淋浴，东西非常齐全
